God, I wish our TRUs would start carrying the Figuarts Effects. I missed out on the one time I saw the original fire effects at a Barnes & Noble.

I don't think there's a dedicated thread for Mezco. I think we've only had one thread to talk about the KOs on eBay and the discussions for news stories. I certainly wouldn't mind a dedicated thread to talk about One:12 figures.

That 2 pack is gonna peg warm to the extreme. MCU Starlord is burnt out with 2 prior releases and a 70yr old Kirk Russell as a figure? I'd rather they had painted a Basketball or Beach ball as Ego and sold that instead.

Oh, just came back from TRU, snagged 2 sets of the Hydra 2 pack as that's all I want for now. With BOGO 40% it came out to $69 plus that free T-shirt. Damn scalpers at both the toy shows & Ebay wanted $60 a set. Now I can get to customizing my Hydra grunt enforcers into regular classic comic versions. Will post pics in a week or so, if not sooner. No unmasked Hydra grunts for me, Don't know why Hasbro couldn't just included them masked.

Mine started selling them, the yellow waves, and the DBZ Figuarts about a month ago.

Marvel Legends Death's Head II
 

I just got my birthday shipment from Amazon. I ordered Death's Head II and JL Mera. DH is amazing. It Liam Sharp's artwork come to 3D life in plastic. Great sculpture, huge figure that stands perfect. Mera is a cool figure. Her facial expression is neutral. Good articulation and the extra hands fit well.

My dad found a Hela figure NIB at Goodwill for $10, and snagged it for me. He also grabbed one of those Nerf guns that shoots the little yellow balls for $10.

I saw Ragnarok tonight, best Thor movie in the franchise. Some of the comedy missed the mark, but most of it was great. Cate Blanchett was super hot as Hela.

Yea i was also very impressed with Death's head II. I never in million years thought they would make a figure of him. Now hopefully we get a 6 inch DH to go with DHII.

I'm still surprised we got a DHII over DH. I feel like the Stryfe figure would have been a decent mold to use as Death's Head. I would argue that he might be too obscure for Hasbro to do, but DHII is pretty obscure too. Who knows. I hope we get him one day.

Death's Head is far more known that Sleep Walker though.

For Sleepwalker, it would cool if they included that upcoming Mysterio fog effect.

I never thought about Stryfe for DH - I'd buy that in a hot minute. Hell, I bought the 3.75" Death's Head even before I was into Marvel Legends, if only to put with my TFs!

Picked up the Ego pack for cheap from Target. I now own 15 Star Lords over the past 2 years. Make it stop!

I do get the confusion on Ego’s head...I honestly can’t see much of a difference...maybe they gave me two of the same.

At my usual TRU, I was there the first weekend they set up the section. It was nice and full of various Street Fighter, DBZ, Naruto, and Batman Figuarts, plus like all of the different effects. But by the following weekend they were nearly all gone, and they've never fully replenished, so I hope you can find them.

Picked up Marvel Select Drax for $6.50, what a great figure. Now if I could only find star Lord at that price and I'll have the whole set.
