I’m just worried that CU’s white plastic is going to yellow really bad over time, don’t put him in the sun kids!

On the in masked hydra subject, there have been several occasions in DP comics where hydra soldiers were shown maskless. And for further maskless hydra agents see Bob agent of hydra. Obscure, yes, non existent no. Hell, I found a pic of bob on the toilet. But I have to agree a 40+$ two pack should wow a bit more than this seems to. It’s still awesome to actually see hasbro actually attempting to appeal to army builders in this scale though.
It would be cool if they recreated the MU soldiers and henchmen three pack in this scale with a shield agent, hydra, and hand ninja, throw in like 8 extra heads... he’ll yeah.

I personally don't care at all about the Hydra 2-pack, or most army building packs in general, but I'd definitely be down if they made a Hand ninja 2-pack.

I'm not too worried, since it's a more pearlescent plastic than a standard white.

My Walgreens is weird. In the front of the toy isle, they have all the current legends and ML exclusives that they get. On the other side towards to back, they have older legends (Dr. Strange wave and others from last year). I am going crazy looking for the Transformers exclusive 2 pack, but that's another story.

So... just got an email from Amazon. The defenders 4 pack is going to arrive at my apartment on Thursday. Much sooner than expected.
Anyone else get that email?

You do know that Army building means getting multiples of the SAME characters, hence the term "army building"

If you're gonna individualize them to look different from one another, what's the damn sense in making them & calling them "Army builders"?

That's why in real standing armies, everyone dresses the same, not in different colored uniforms/hats/boots.

It's Called uniformity, that's the definition of Army building, the uniformity they present when posed together, not individuality.

If Hasbro is gonna start making future army building 2 packs, then I want exactly that, 2 of the same character, not 2 different looking characters just for the hell of it.

I want Hellfire club soldiers to look exactly like these awesome customs by Loosecollector. Hasbro wants to add a thigh rig holster to one and a huge plasma rifle & backpack to the other, fine by me, but don't make them look different from each other. What's so difficult to understand about that & the concept of "Army building" to some of you?

And as not to totally derail the thread with clowns i saw the vintage card figs at gamestop. Kinda cool but 22.99 for figs with minimal accessories and no baf part.......not even close to being worth it. Id be a buyer at 10 bucks but no more. Sadly no back in black dps....:(

Been a few days since i posted. I was trying to NOT see any Ragnarok spoilers. Saw tge movie and it was excellent !! Anywho i was shocked to find one of those 5 below stores. They had 5 dollar legends. Needless to say i didn't need any more captain britains nor was i so dying to grab a eel.

Too bad regular legend prices aren't $5 a piece...

Yep, just looked...Pleasant surprise! I really cannot wait to get this pack in hand...I love how Hasbro added just a little extra to each figure to make them different from their original releases. And, looking forward to seeing Jessica in that uniform...

I hope one day the X-men wave makes its way to discount stores... I kinda want to complete my Juggernaut some day. I also bought Walmart Winter Soldier for $7 at Ross recently... always wanted that fig for the Sebastian Stan headsculpt.

Also... not related to anything but I realized today that in my mind I have been conflating Image Comics Grifter and Marvel Deadpool... like in my memory Grifter was like a 1st appearance version of Deadpool. But then today I saw a vintage Wildcats toy of Grifter and was like omg... Wildcats.

I think what triggered most was how blatant the re-use was between the two. I've warmed up to it as I feel it fits Widow's aesthetic better than MJ's. Like you said, I plan to pick-up the Black Widow bike-set, so there's always the option of the extra heads included in that set.

I do like that head, I tried it on my MCU Widow but the collar makes it sit funny
