Still dying to find a Osborn...or at least just the head!

quinten182 09-22-2011 07:41 PM

If Tommy Lee Jones has a 3.75" anywhere.. it'd work fine. :P

Tiberius 09-22-2011 07:42 PM

Sadly he doesn't lol. Surprised we didn't see a movie one in the Cap line.

NoodleChow 09-22-2011 07:48 PM

Good luck! I got lucky and found 2. I keep one MiP since she's my favorite character, and I'm planning on keeping the classic Darkhawk Variant MiP if I ever get him.

Anyway. If you do find her, check for multiples and compare. I had a tough time deciding which to open. One had a slightly stretched out of socket arm, and slight glue scar on the face, and the other had a slight black mark from the mask on the cheek and over the the corner of the mask farther than it was supposed to and also her leg swivel had a visible gap. I ended up opening the stretched arm one thinking I could push the arm back in more, and shave/trim off the excess glue. Both of which worked, but I'm still worried that arm might pop off. So I hope hasbro releases an unmasked X-23 that I can also buy 2 of. That way I can have both versions MiP, use the masked one for displays only that I rarely change, and use the unmasked for my more dynamic displays that change on whims.

And just because no one has said it yet...
Anyone else noticed the waist of x-23 is painted black, but the inside of the leg joints is flesh colored still? I'm not complaining or praising it. It just seems weird and very pervert friendly. It looks kind of weird/naughty depending on her pose too. Thank god kids tend to be oblivious to this stuff.

vampireheart 09-22-2011 09:07 PM

Who was saying that they needed the Thor Movie Light up grey Destroyer? I found one at my local Target.

LORD MARVEL 09-22-2011 09:27 PM

The 25th Ann GI Joe Grunt head makes a good Ozborne. prob a few joes with a lil hair coloring would fit the bill. I think he was in a SRO three pack and the big battle set.

Nice pic Optimus. That Destroyer is easily the best figure in the Thor line.

omega145 09-23-2011 08:13 AM

I agree Ludo, that Destroyer is the only figure I was excited to have in hand from the entire Thor toy line. The only others I have are the Frost Giants and those are ok.

Haha I love this. Never seen the Destroyer anywhere over in the UK though. Where's the bike from?

I can't quite tell what the thing he's supposed to have broken is, or if he broke it, or if he's just removing the sign. Loving the tools!

bmorr 09-23-2011 08:20 AM

when i first saw that pic, i instantly saw a reference to the first half life game with the headcrab containers.

Your display is awesome!

Do Boy 09-23-2011 08:35 AM

Thanks man. I need a better camera. My cell phone is getting a workout with me constantly redoing my setup lol.

omega145 09-23-2011 08:46 AM

Great dio doboy!
How are you holding all the figures in place and is that black construction paper as the floor?
Id invest in a camera if I was you. I picked up the Nikon L120 not too long ago and love it. Not DSLR but damn close in quality.
