I think the manson video had modified saints logos? Though I could be wrong.

I like the single carded Apocalypse better than the pack one, and the 6 pack Sinister looks better than the comic pack Sinister. :]

And Vampireheart, I just clicked your sig link, and this is really cool! Very nice.

I don't know what MU retails for in your area, but the case buying is making more and more sense every minute.

Today broke me dude.

Between checking all the Walmarts who carried MU (some now switched) last night, the Targets this morning, and TRU's shipment when they opened, I was too disheartened to continue the charade.

I shipped the 5 Wave 18 figures from my BBTS pile of loot and bought a Wave 18 case from HTS. At this point, they'll likely get here at or before stuff is put out at retail in Albuquerque, and will end up cheaper when flipping the extras at cost.

I was hoping to find the new stuff at retail and flip them for clearance figures, but between the gas and the time it takes to actually pull that off, you break even between the cost of the preorder and the cost of the clearance versions. Makes no sense anymore.

The 8-month water torture of waiting for Wave 18 finally broke me, right before they surface. Someone pray for the cashier at Target when I find them in the store in the morning...

and Actually i'm kinda worried about not getting variants too. I havn't been able to put in the time to do research about what's coming out right now, variants or not.

But for sure i'm looking for the regular spiderman, miles morales, beast upright/upside down. Just putting it out there, If anyone has MOC doubles, i'm willing to trade/buy. Let me know - i have goodies.

I'll likely have doubles of one or the other, probably of many... I'll post here once they all come in. :)

Posted this over in the Coupon Thread...

Tried to go to TRU today and the coupon wouldn't load on my phone. I couldn't understand why, but I just said screw it and completed my purchase. I later called Customer Service and was informed that they ended the promo and cancelled all of the coupons that had been printed but not used. They couldn't give me a good explanation as to why, but they claim it was something wrong with the way the coupons were being generated and it was out of their control. Since they could not fix it, they just cancelled the promotion and are not issuing any sort of compensation to those that did print it out. Just wanted to make sure everyone out there knows that, even thought the coupon says it expires on the 16th, the store may or may not take it if you already have it printed out. If you haven't printed it out, your're pretty much SOL.

Thanks for the heads up, now I can throw the TRU print out in the garbage.

Marvel Universe 3.75" 2012 Series 02 Revision 02 - Case of 12 - Marvel Figures (Hasbro) Marvel Universe 3.75"

Not really "In Stock", more of a preorder. Would've been awesome if they came out with this case just for collectors before everything else...

And I'm getting excited for this year's season of some foozball!!!!!

Awesome as always! Dynamic poses! I'd darken that red just a little in the blood, but I like gore more than comic blood. ;)

Fack! The walmart I frequent to for MU stuff has done a reset and guess what they remove ........., no its not those infernal batman toys that never seem to move or those abysmal Power Ranger Toys ........MU and Legends are nowhere to be seen save for spidey and avengers toys, Its the end of the world I say!!!!

Happened to me too, some started selling it when they didn't before, some stopped altogether. Weird.

I think it'd be interesting to see who's been over and under shipped.

I'd love to see that list, and I think you're the perfect man for the job! If I can help, let me know!

I AM CHEAP BASTARD.

I don't do the EBAY thing and only buy online once a year (tax check big purchase). I enjoy the hunt when I find something but freaking scalpers steal a lot of that joy. I'm not looking to start that arguement again, but they are a fact of life. So I guess my point is ... sigh. Please post more pictures so I can dream.

I know! I almost wish I didn't know about toy forums, I'd be twiddling my thumbs at home wondering which figures would be out next and when, surfing eBay for decent price drops...

Anyone want to trade my SDCC Hisstank for a BAF Giant Man? Any Interest? or is this a lame deal?

That's a good deal. I'd have done that in a heartbeat a month ago. That HISStank cost me more than Giant Man (comparing ebay prices).

An aside...I just discovered the 3.75" scale Soundwave boombox that came with the tank a few days ago. That made it money well spent for me, lol.

evilanimation 08-16-2012 04:44 PM

Ya figured it would be a stretch since not everyone here is a cross collector.

I like the 6 pack version of Sinister better. The coloring on the arms looks better than the mono-color of the 2 pack for me.

Apocalypse I go back and forth on. As of typing this, it's the 6 pack version.

If I had that Giant Man, I would trade in a second. I'm a few days away from making my move on ebay for that Hisstank.

I appreciate my mu figures with other in scale figures.

Dude, what 'gief is that? The only one of this scale I know is the Revoltech Street Fighter Online, and that's stupid as balls to find.

Same here I only collect what I like its rare I get something I don't want in order to trade I think the only thing have to trade is the peg warming spiderman/cap.britan comic pack lol

Still though, if anyone has bone claws wolverine, any wolverine in civilian clothes from XMO, or the silver samurai pack wolverine and I have anything you'd trade for, please PM me. :D

In theory, a Wolverine comic series line with good quality could be an amazing thing.
