LOVE the Losers...I would buy a 3 3/4 team pack...hell they could be GI JOES, and I would buy them...

GI JOE Losers team pack...I WISH!

Good ones Magnetbro

Well like any wish's for figs that won't come true, you just gotta custom or comission customs.

Gi joe POC Recondo would make a great base for Cougar.

And the others wouldn't be hard to make either.

Which one, the Iron Spidey one? Haha, that one suited me? That's my all time favorite Spidey costume.

I like the 6-pack Sinister better. The added color details just appeal to me. For Apocalypse, the detail on the single carded version is so much better looking than the 6-pack version...

@evilanimation - I was wondering if you could make me a Scarlet Spider sig, pretty pretty please? Either the hoodie version or the Ben Reilly Spidey version would be AWESOME!

I would buy Omega Red in a heartbeat, even thought he's not in the Spidey-biased top 10 list ha ha.

lol! Tiberius and Trekking are about to shift this thread towards a Star Trek conversation.

@everyone - it's been a long time since I was an active participant in any forums, so thank you all for making this a great experience. I find myself on here more and more as each day passes. The pics you guys and gals post are awesome (and they make me drool lol). I also appreciate replies to my comments and questions - y'all rock. Thank you for making me feel so welcome here. I'm loving this forum so much that I'm considering making a BST thread rather than dealing with evilBay. I'd rather help fellow collectors out than join the ranks of the scalpers.

With that being said, I've got a few Juggernaut/Colossus comic packs coming in the mail. If anyone is interested, shoot me a PM. They are not here yet, but will be by Tuesday of next week. I also have an extra ML SDCC X-Force set that I bought off of evilBay for $88.25 (had to mention this even thought this is the 3.75 appreciation thread lol). If anyone wants it, I'm willing to sell it as long as I break even. Either that, or I'd gladly take an unopened X-Force Warpath / Red & Black Deadpool 2 pack as a trade. Lastly, I picked up a Mandarin/Silver Centurion 2 pack and Avengers Black Widow today at TRU. I'm willing to sell those at cost or trade for something else. I mainly collect unopened figs 'cause my girlfriend would kill me if I had them set up all over the place LOL!

I've got tons of extra stuff that I'd be willing to help fellow Arkers out with, so I'll probably start a BST thread as I said before. Most of it is recent, so I won't be able to help anyone out with the older stuff :(

Thanks again for being such a great community!

Yup, that effect is cool! For the eyes and arc I used gaussian blur on a white overlay and added some color. Also used a small white supernova in the middle of the arc for brightness! :D

awesome shot! I too prefer xfactor iceman. The 6 pack one belongs with the "Fall of the Mutants" costumes. hmmmmm.... might need to do an xfactor Caliban...

I've never used blur for a light effect such as the one your made for the eyes. I've just been trying to make supernova work in every and any way possible! Thanks for the tip!

It's the "Mr. Magoo" revision case.

The ones I'm currently working on are:

Kaine Scarlet Spider
Bagman
Spider-Ham
Ben Reilly Hoodied Scarlet Spider
Spider-Phoenix
Spidey 2099

and I think I have a PSD somewhere of a Spider-Man through the ages montage.

The Iceman in the X-Factor box set bugs the heck out of me. I want to say it's a good effort but it falls well short of the mark. Still waiting on a First Class (snowman) Iceman.

@Workaholic - I love that show! Also, your comments are dope! The Ark feels good, huh?

Jason Abbadon 08-16-2012 10:00 PM

Scythe, You need to make a GIF of rotating Spidey sigs.

But dont forget the 90's Spider Armor and Captain Universe costumes, or the 1602 outfit, House of M costume and the Tron-riffic outfits from this year....and no collection of Spidey outfits would be complete without one that's all ripped up.

There's a black and green version too (maybe it's the same one with alternat colors).

That whole pack blows, I know some folks like it, but all the figures have shit repaints IMO, and the only reason too buy it is for Angel.

The jean is the same as the first class jean, which has a weird thing going on with the face and didn't look that great to begin with.

The apoc looks like he got a costume redesign by Liza Minnelli.

The Sinister isn't bad, but it's a repaint that just doesn't make much sense.

The iceman, pretty bad but whatever.

And Angel? Well archangel kicks angels ass, but for fans of angel, it'd be the only reason to drop 50 or whatever this cash grab is going for.

Kind of a dick move Hasblow

For sure, I had one for every suit way back in the day before my crap computer finally crapped out on me. So I lost most of them, but I'm thankfully redoing every single one along with new ones for the new stuff he's worn. While I'm not really digging his Big Time costume, I am gonna make one for his Ends of the Earth Spider-Armor.

Those are actually two different suits. One is the Big Time one which shifts from being green neon lining on black, to red or white neon lighting on black. Then there's the Tron suit that was used to promote the Tron movie. While both are extremely similar, I don't think Spidey ever wore the Tron suit aside from the cover.

I could find one that was white, but no green. Maybe someone just did it themselves?

They should make a Tron/Marvel movie or comic, that would be epic! :D

And the other day you had a sig of some guy in a coat with a Tommy gun, who was that? I just quickly saw it so I never got a close look.

I'm sentimentally attached to the Iron Spidey costume. I was goin' through a rough time around the time Civil War came out, wasn't into a comics at all one bit and suddenly noticed that they combined my two favorite heroes, Spidey and Iron Man into his suit as they teamed up and all that. So, got hardcore back into comics, met my nice fiance-lady around that time and we both collected Civil War due to the awesome suit he had, so that's why it's like my all time favo-favo.

Yeah, it only turned white for an extremely short time, same with red, but it's mostly green on black.

He also has an updated bulletproof suit that's yellow neon lines on black if I remember correctly.

I thought that was gonna happen, since Disney owns Marvel and everything, but apparently not, those comic covers were the only stuff they released.

That was Spider-Man too! Haha, that's from the Noir collection, where he becomes Spider-Man in the 1930's. I love that book too.
