Does anyone recognize the parts? It’s likely about 5 inches and would scale pretty well. It’s not the greatest looking figure, but the head looks good. Can’t tell if the head is new or not.

Very good point. I was looking at the loose figure which is obviously not to scale. I looked up standard blu ray boxes and they are said to be about 6.7 inches. If that holds true here we are probably looking at a 3.75 figure or even smaller.

For a while the "Retro Action Figure" tag made me think that it is made by Funko.
