It's about appreciating the appreciative appreciation of MU appreciation with appreciating appreciation of appreciation.

Or some folks like to sell stuff on here, teehee.

My cutie patootie, while it is a nice Hulk, I freakin' love the new one we have. The darkened colors just make it for me, versus the brighter green that most peeps like.

The right Honourable Gentlemen talk MUCH sense!!! The Wave 18 style dark Hulk is just badass (its a shame he doesnt have a gripping hand though!!) Theres no love for a pea-green Hulk in the house of proteus let me tell you that!!!

Wait, I was under the impression that when someone takes a photo to "show appreciation" that means that they're showing off some toys they are fond of or something.

Like half the time though that's all that's said and they end up selling them instead. No indication is given that they're for sale, they just end up selling.

As a still-relative noob to this board, did I miss something?

no you're right. most pics you see of MOC stuff is for sale

And that's a good thing! What better way to show your appreciation than by taking it from someone, see them run before you and hear the lamentation of their women!?!

So me and my friend took a trip down to LA to Frank N Sons, Imagine if SDCC was free and had no AC, you would have Frank N Sons...:)

That's funny because that is exactly how it looks on the show floor where all they toy distributors are in SDCC

evilanimation 08-23-2012 07:37 AM

there is no AC or Coolers and it was 98 degrees out side so 120 inside..and also it was packed apparently no one works anymore, I mean i own my own company and was wearing slacks and a collard shirt while 90% of the patrons looked homeless, I mean the guys selling looked homeless too.

Hipsters. It's cool to looks homeless even though you're not even close. Get yourself a flannel shirt, spandex jeans, and rub some dirt in your hair, and you'll fit right in.

I hate them.

TheDub 08-23-2012 07:53 AM

So I just found out two days ago the week I had been planning since FEB in New York happens to have NYCC smack dab in the middle of my trip, and decided, what the heck? I'll have that be my first CC. Is that where they are supposed to have the old man logan fig?

I keep waiting for them to get stuff and keep getting let down.

I'm down, we can do a yuba to sac hunting trip, 4 tru's 6 or seven Walmarts, 8 targets, it'll be epic.

I'll take your word for it. I'm only at that TRU 4, maybe 5 times a year. Like I mentioned, there's usually a promo going so they probably stock to the brim to help push product. For some reason I always find some great figures in their discount aisle.

Have got two Avengers Black Widow figures MOC for trade (I am in Australia so shipping is about $10 or so both ways approx).

Provost - Have those anti-Venom 3 packs (K-Mart?) been showing up in Australia yet? I haven't seen them pop up on ebay.

Skullgmo44 08-23-2012 08:28 AM

This Russian guy made a R/C helicarrier and I thought it would be incredibly awesome if it was used for MU
