I wouldn't lock him up, but keep an eye on him for sure. Cyclops has gone crazy, and Vulcan...well damn.

Aw, how sweet. I dunno why though, I'm bad with numbers. I barely remember my phone number. Technology makes us lazy.

why has thor never been leader

Partly because he does not want to be and partly because so many threats are technological in nature.

scottmurdock 08-23-2012 10:39 PM

@1andonly - LOL, I am half-Murdock so I'll let it slide just this once ;)

honestly, your screenname is one of the hardest to quick type - even at 1andonly. having to reach for the number 1 with my ring finger while typing is already an arduous task! the 5711 is waaaay to much to ask for! - although i understand the fondness for the special date in your life.

Well, Alex actually has the rarest of comic book backgrounds- charcater development! Alex started out as a geologist taht wanted nothing to do with the spandex life, but after Lorna got kidnapped by the Marauders and posessed by Malice, he joined the "outback X-Men" and actually grew into his current self.
If you read old 80's-early 90's X-Men, he's a totally different guy- unsure of himself and not a leader at all.

Personally, I'd love to see Spidey lead the Avengers some day- he's everything the Avengers should be morally, but he'd have to quit the non-stop joking, as it makes people dismiss him.

I'd also love for the Black Knight to come back and lead a team- stick him and Madison Jeffries, Hercules, Northstar, Rachel Summers and Ms. Marvel together and you'd have an unbeatable mixed team!
Magic, technology, telepathy, fliers, an energy projector, super strength and crazy fighting skills.

HA! Those are awesome- Magneto yo-yo punked!

WoRkAh0LiC 08-23-2012 11:31 PM

Well, I had a great haul today. Found Red Hulk at a TRU. It's from an older wave, but I was never able to find him. He was the only MU fig on the pegs at a nearby TRU. Also, got these (my first pic on the Ark btw)

http://i1259.photobucket.com/albums/...x/fe75376c.jpg

Wolvy/She-Hulk, New Mold Hulk & Cap/Mag were all courtesy of Exodus. Gambit/Sinister & X-23 were from a friend of mine. That same friend also hooked it up with 2 Treasure Hunt Hotwheels, 10 other Hotwheels, and a Transformers Cyberverse Bumblebee for my son. I'm not a huge HW collector, but I do buy cars that I like - I'm just not into going out there and digging through piles and piles of hotwheels just to find one car. I'll glance through them, but that's it. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I did buy 6 or 7 more Hotwheels for my little boy as well. Not a bad day. Not a bad day at all...

FancyPants 08-23-2012 11:32 PM

Oooh, Iron Spidey. I like. I want. I buy! PM sent lol..

Oh yeah, if anyone needs an IM/Mandarin CP or Colossus/Juggernaut CP, I've got them in my BST. Let me know if you're interested. I was also able to snag 2 more Avengers Hawkeye figs today. I traded one to Exodus already, but I still have the 1 left. If anyone wants it, please let me know ASAP. Otherwise, I'll be returning it to TRU so someone else can grab it.
