Just logged back on and saw the possible Venom wave. I'll take it! I've been dying for a Spider Ham since Spider Verse. I saw someone mention that Scream could use Medusa's hair. That's a great idea. And freaking Typhoid Mary! YES!!!

Yeah, it's getting crazy with all of the reveals, and we haven't even had ToyFair yet. I hope Hasbro still has something up their sleeves for the event, because I've got a feeling we've already been spoiled on most of it.

When is toyfair again ? Isn't it this month?

Yea i think we know basically what's out and so fourth.

It can be rationalized that the left arm is hidden behind his massive torso. That right arm however...theres actually no way in hell he's even holding the shield. If someone were to try to make sense of it, they'd realize that his right arm would be a nub.
I don't think it's an Arnold swipe as much as just Liefeld being Leifeld..he's done those types of poses plenty of times (first appearance Deadpool for instance) and this time it just went off the rails. Drawing while driving is never a good idea.

What's Toy Fair? :-p

Seriously though, this is the first Toy Fair in years I just don't have any excitement for.

I mean, Hasbro has pretty much shown off every Marvel Legend we are going to see throughout most of this year. The only thing left is a Giant Sized X-Men box set (which I keep hoping will happen).

Mattel doesn't do jack squatt anymore. Not that you can find their products in stores to begin with.

Bandai isn't even bothering to show up.

If NECA reveals any new Godzilla figure (1% chance of that happening), it will either be a repaint or something that will take two years to come out. Not to mention it will probably be highly inaccurate since they are more concerned about putting their A, B, and C staffers on their horror movie licenses than they are on their Godzilla one.

At this point, the aforementioned X-Men box set would be the only way for me to get amped up unless Figma just shows up with some huge ass Metroid announcement.

Yes, it is. Just about two weeks away now: Feb. 17-20

I said WHEN IS, not what is.

Captain Nash 02-04-2018 12:57 PM

I think at this point Hasbro just needs to run a list of everything planning to come out in the next year, with qualifications that events beyond their control may cause substitutions, cancellations, etc.....I would actually be quite happy with knowing in January what was coming out the rest of the year, even if all we got was a word list, no pictures.

You obviously did not read the man's post.

Hasbro still has the Walgreens exclusive Thing figure along with Super Skrull & Silver Surfer to show. Vintage wave 2 hopefully & the Sentinel/Wolvy boxset & hopefully a few more surprises.

^ As a Joe fan, that is just pure awesomeness since to me Hand Ninjas and Cobra Red Ninjas are the same basically. LOL.

@Robb (it won't let me quote you as I'm a new member).

Thank you for the heads up!

Grabbed Valkyrie on the cheap, and picked up a Misty Knight for $9.99!

They also had the Quill/Ego 2 pack on sale for $20.49 in store (but the web site lists it at $17.49, so not sure what is up with that).

Robb 02-04-2018 08:24 PM

No problem.
