Got the Legends Vol3 Rocket. The gun pictured is not the one included with the figure, this is from my 3.75" Star Wars accessories but I fished it out for Rocket to use. |

Ordered the Lego Tallneck when Prime day began and finished building it today. Even with the box noting that it's over 13" tall I still managed to be surprised with the set's height upon completion, as can be seen it's almost too much for my light-box. I found the base to be a fairly inspired build all on its own and the Tallneck attaches securely to it. The Aloy minifig looks great although the unique hair piece is in the way of the arms so raising them too much starts to lift the hair. |
I found Batman and Robin at Walmart tonight while Kang arrived from Amazon.
I also took advantage of the sales at Target and got the T-Rex for $35 and Sallah for $17.50 https://i.imgur.com/MDcgiHn.jpg |

Finally nabbed the first Transformers/JP collaborative set. I'd nearly pulled the trigger before with a couple of previous sales but this time I actually did it. Tyrannacon Rex is just a repaint of Kingdom Megatron with a new robot head but I really liked Kingdom Megatron and I found her a bit easier to transform than Megs (undoing his chest in robot mode was way too tight) so I like having her too. Of course having both now I'll probably just leave Megatron in robot mode forever and leave her in dino mode. JP93 is to my knowledge mostly, if not entirely, new for the set and he's pretty basic mechanically but the paint and colors look great. A lot of people attribute the head to being a Muldoon reference but Dr Grant also wore a hat and JP93's eyes seem sorta sunglasses-like, plus Grant actually got into one of the Fords. The gun evokes the shotgun used in the movie and I like that it has a clean undercarriage storage option in vehicle mode. For paying below $60 after tax I'm very happy to have these two in my collection. |

Despite never watching any of the Unicron Trilogy, I’ve always liked the Armada designs for Optimus and Megatron. Both of the Legacy Evolution figures are a lot of fun! |
