Watched the movie the other day for the first time since it was in theaters. Your figure looks like it stepped right from the screen. Incredible work. I'm impressed!

Mordiganne 07-19-2019 05:12 AM

Gotta ask one more time - still after the whole Mr. Sinister figure. Anyone?

Head Sculpt is from Giga Bread Digital Bakery.

Awesome custom as stated before, but a million thanks for the new Giga Bread site.

Is the cyborg arm from a different figure or a modified Marauder's? I've been thinking about making a cyborg by getting a GI Joe B.A.T. and using its forearms, but I don't any versions of that figure have arms compatible with Marauders (i.e., a swivel and peg at the elbow).

star wars 3.75's days are numbered.

MUfan97 07-19-2019 06:32 PM

They're releasing the Civil War Giant Man BAF on its own for $32...At least we got that?

Jdo 07-19-2019 08:37 PM

Till then, what would you like to see (4+ years from now) in Marvel toy lines very POSSIBLY made by Mattel?

Not sure what that has to do with Dave Vonner or 3.75 inch figures.

You need to be more specific. What figures are you looking for?

Mattels handling of the DC license does not instill confidence in me. Consistency within scale would be a monumental beginning.

Customizers = we need all of you.

Just like G.I.Joe 25th cardbacks; let's see some custom 20th Anniversary Legends classic clamshells = topped with your favorite 3.75 figures! Show our appreciation to Jesse Falcon. Just like "Marty Abrams Presents" Mego carded figures - do include the line - "Jesse Falcon + Dave Vonner Presents,"

Even when you think you’ve moved on...SDCC comes along and shoves all the ridiculous variety Legends collectors get...

Autobot_Goldbug 07-20-2019 12:52 PM

I don't think you can count Barbie that is kind of like congratulating Lego who also makes DC characters.

Super Joe 07-20-2019 03:14 PM

Yes I agree Barbie is a different department (yet do respectfully differ on it being as different as Lego). As a person who dated a woman who collected Barbies, I did message Barbie designers like Robert Best + Carlyle Nuera (look them up). Who would've thunk messaging such designers might help. Reminding them that Mattel has a Marvel license (Hot Wheels and now Barbie) .

If we send a similar (congratulatory) reminder of Mattel's growing Marvel toy license to Vonner / Jesse Falcon regarding the Legends 20th Anniversary; who knows what it might bring,

Hilarious riddle = Which 1 of these 2 may actually help us get Marvel 3.75 figures?

LordMudd 07-20-2019 06:13 PM

At this point I have already seen plenty of figures to collect this year and next. If Hasbro or Mattel want my money, they are going to have to earn it, and that will not happen the way things are now.

And they still bitch and complain about them.

Having been on both sides of the toy collecting spectrum I've never seen a group of people complain so much about products. And yet they still drop gobs of money hand over fist to buy the same junk they spent ridiculous amounts of time complaining about "having to buy" in the first place.

It's fascinating and a little sad (pathetic maybe?) at the same time.
