I want a Mortal Kombat one so Liu Kang can drop it on fools.

Aragorn and Valinor are available to preorder from the Bossfight website. $110 for both horses and upgrade sets.

($35 for shipping to Europe so a rather tasty $145 all up, probably getting towards $180 by the time you throw in some tax and 'handling' fees.)

Still, Valkyrie and Black Knight will look awesome.
Great minds... I preordered those a while back with Black Knight and Valkyrie in mind. I anticipate being stung for import. It's a lot of money for two horsies... it sucks having to import everything...

You will need something to get it higher but they are the right scale.
Ah, so they're a little too small. And it sounds like the larger ones are a little too big:

I saw one in a Cracker Barrel for like $20 that scaled well, but I also saw some ones in Wal-Mart that were too big. I'd tell you the brand, but I didn't buy it because it was Dig Dug.
Ironically, the Hallmark Ornament ones (which have light and sounds but aren't playable - and cost twice as much) scale perfectly.

Anywhere I could pick up a cape to put on a Black Panther fig?

I saw them at Cracker Barrel, so you might want to check out the closest one if you want them.

Black Panther with the gold and cape is awesome

urrutiap 07-31-2019 04:28 PM

By the way, whats everyone's favorite old Marvel Toybiz action figures? Im going to the comic book shop this weekend and they still have alot of old Toybiz action figures still in their cards. theyre hung on a corner wall in the comic shop. Prices for them arent too bad. 18 bucks for the 1990s Jim Lee Rogue toybiz figure even though 18 bucks is a bit spendy for an old toy. The Marvel Universe figures they're a bit highter priced since because of popular characaters pretty much

Don't know what version you want, but the Target 2 pack came with a cape:

I loved them all but I'd definitely have to go with the Ghost Rider figures they did. The transforming Ghost Rider was one of my absolute favorite toys growing up.

The entire series was awesome. Happy Hunting, Urrutiap!

My favorite was Gambit. It was the first Gambit action figure.

Honorary mention to Iron Man (Quick Change) as i believe it was the first (or among the first) Tony Stark action figure.

What was so great about the old toybiz was they made everybody all x men fantastic four spiderman . I mean if they were in the cartoon they made them it was great but it wasa different time and toys sold better. Miss those days.

urrutiap 07-31-2019 07:44 PM

The DC Comics Toybiz Wonder Woman and Aquaman figures were and still are pretty bad looking. the old Super Friends action figure Aquaman is still the best looking one. Even the Toybiz trident spear was different too I think

Unfortunately it may suck even more soon.

No they are the right scale but too short. All they need is something to get them the right height. On the back they have a key chain(it is removable).
They don't have the coin slot detail like the Hallmark ones.

LordMudd 08-01-2019 05:11 AM

The Collector cape from the 2 pack might be easier to find.

CCC.

If they're too short doesn't that make them the wrong scale? I can see from your pics they aren't that far out, but the Hallmark ones are the perfect height - shame you can't also play them!

it's only the height that is the issue
the width is the same as Hallmark's
oh you can't really see it in the pic but the top part that has Ms Pac-Man title on it lights up

you could combine the two
use Hallmark's case then use SuperImpulse's screen & controllers
I think that would be quite cost prohibitive though

I guess since arcade machines were all different sizes, it would make sense to mix and match these with the Hallmark ones, especially since the Hallmark ones are so much more expensive.

Rob Liefeld's future version of G.I.Joe may indeed look pretty cool! Many say Joe had long already inspired Liefeld's past cool art.
