Found the Neca Ultimate Harry Warden from "My Bloody Valentine" today along with the B&W Creature from the Black Lagoon and the Red Shirted Mirage Casey Jones today at Target...all marked down to a clearance price of 24.49! Shocked the hell out of me...cause I haven't been able to find preorders for them anywhere, and I definitely wasn't expecting Harry to be out anytime soon since he was just unvieled at SDCC.

Opted only to grab Harry as he was one of my most anticipated figures that Neca showed off recently, but now I'm wondering if these are meant to be Target exclusives, or if they simply leaked early.

Red Shirt Casey is allegedly gonna be the final Fall Geek Out reveal for Target this Friday. Love that its hitting stores early. Good job Target :rolleyes:

Struck out on finding the new ML X-Men figures today. But I cleaned up pretty well with store exclusives. Also, 3/4 IDW Turtles arrived from Amazon today. I should have Mikey tomorrow, also from Amazon.

Found the new NECA MacReady and Miner figures at Target yesterday:

I'm liking them so far. Some of the joints are really tight so you'll need to heat them up to make them move smoothly. You'll also need to heat up the alternate head to pop it on to the neck as well as the hands in order to get them to hold the weapons. Most of the joints have good range of movement. But some joints like the ball jointed neck and swivel waist are a bit limited. They come up to the shoulder of the new Marvel Legends Bucky Cap, which works for me.

I purchased the regular deco versions. I was going to get the SDCC versions but after seeing the actual figures, I felt the washes were applied too heavily. At some point, I'm going to apply a light wash to highlight some of the scratches and muscles. I'm also going to paint the spots/freckles that are sculpted on the shoulders and heads.

Is that the Michael Myers body?

At first I assumed it shared most of it (aside from the boots and gloves), but after looking at the two side-by-side the Miner seems to be mostly new, if not entirely new.

Found the Miner today at Target. No MacReady yet.

From what I can tell, Harry uses a modified Halloween 2 Myers body with new lower legs, new forearms, and a new modified Myers torso overlay.

Actually, you're 100% right. I was comparing it to a different NECA Myers figure, but after looking at some pics online, the Miner clearly shares the same body with NECA's Halloween 2 Myers, but with different forearms and lower legs to account for the gloves and boots. It works well.

Those are cool new finds. I was looking forward to that Sabine. Until I watched a review. Hasbro gave her a helmet that doesn't even cover her head entirely. That's just so weird. Why would they mess that up?

Because its hasbro. Hell the walmart exclusive arc trooper fives is havocs helmet. Fives has a half circle at the bottom of the fin over the visor.
