I say have a little patience and that figure you want will come down to a price you feel comfortable paying.

I'd really like to see her in more professional attire. Any thoughts on who you would use for her body?

Looks pretty neutral to me. At most she looks mildly annoyed, which is how she often looks when she's dealing with Tony.

Too bad there's not an upvote button on this forum because you deserve a thumbs up for that post.

Anyway a lot of great reveals from Toy Fair. I'm most excited about the Marvel Studios line. I'm over the moon about the Red Skull, Hydra agent and Sif reveals. Does anyone know if there's any retooling on the AoU Hulk figure? I hated the hips and the arms on the previous version.

I do have a minor gripe with the line though. It's the concept of the two pack consisting of a new character with a previously released figure. I already have Mark 1, Hulkbuster and Civil War Cap so I have to buy them again just to get a new character.

They gotta rerelease some old molds to offset the cost of tooling all new figures :D Thankfully they all have some changes to the paint or sculpt so it's not like you're buying a straight re-release

Overall the pictures were great of what's to come. I need to putting some cash to the side for them.

So when the hell are the current spidey wave and deadpool wave start shipping ? I mean geez...

Collector Rule #45:: never judge a action figure by just one picture.

You should rethink that statement. You were griping about the Surfer and Thing a little ways back, and all we have literally seen is one picture of it because they haven't put them on the floor yet.

I agree with Kain. Most of the DC Collectibles stuff was kinda meh this year.

She stands about half a head shorter than ML Panther if that helps. I'd show a pic but I customed her into another Dora Miljae

Don't you know by now you can't argue with insanity? ;)

What if they're actually the same person?

What if one of them has the other on their ignore list?

What if they had each others powers?

On that subject - what would peoples top choice be for a "What if..." wave of Legends?

I would want the Russian Fantastic 4, Bullet Points Spider-Man, 1602 X-Men, Earth X Captain America, and a BAF Zombie Hulk!

Best bet would probably be DC Collectibles Felicity Smoak figure

There's someone who has clearly given this some thought before! Some great choices, I must say!

AFU 02-18-2018 12:50 PM

Toy Fair Wow!

1. Mags
2. Cloak/Dagger
3. Sp dr
4. Sauron
5. Wolverine on motorcycle
6. Spider Ham
7. Doc Ock
8. Kane
9. House of M Spider-Man
10. Antman/Stinger 2 pack
11. SL Daredevil

These 11 new releases will definitely be a wallet killer for this year, along with some other figures that have been before. Hasbro, stop taking my money...Lol!

Thanks! I've been thinking about it since the ML8 Captain America from Toybiz, made me think any alternate universe was on the table haha

For everyone saying that's shadoeland DD,it's not it's the ANAD DD. He had that costume the past 20 or so issues and he just recently went back to the solid red.

I guess that was the first... So we've had quite a bit of Ultimate, a little AoA and some Zombies (if we include Select)... Mangaverse, now Marvel Tails (although sort of not, since Spider-Ham was in Spiderverse)... What else am I missing? Do we realistically think we'll ever see anything from 160X?

Now I never even bothered seeing the monstrosity that was the last FF movie that came out a couple of yrs ago, they probably made the Thing a giant in that one. But for this Hasbro Thing version, I feel they got the thickness/mass of the character right, they screwed up on the hgt again. Kirby/Perez/Byrne drew the definitive Thing IMO & as of right now, the BAF Ronan wave Thing is the closest we have to that version. That's why the best Thing customs I see are like the one I posted. A combo of Ronan wave buck & TB wave 2 Thing head. The TB wave 2 Thing Head sculpt is perfect & goes great on the Ronan wave Thing buck finished with a accurate paint job. Had they incorporated an ab crunch to that figure, it woulda been perfect IMO. Depending on if this new Thing figure is just 7 inches tall, I can more than likely perform some sort of surgery on the figure to bring him down to 6; scale but if it's closer to 8' scale, fuggedaboudit! This is how tall, wide, big, thick the Thing should be IMO.

Thing by the great George Perez

John Byrne Thing

I can only hope that the alternate Thing head looks like either of those 2 great artists versions so I can slap it on a Hasbro Ronan BAF wave Thing buck.

On the other hand, that Silver Surfer is a thing of beauty imo & we finally have the definitive SS figure. I just hope he comes with alternate fist hands. Also hope the Thing comes with alternate hands as well

You didn't miss anything. Thing was Massive, tall, and nude. The one thing they did right was show the audience how scary it is to have these abilities. Imagine being elastic without being able to control it, going in and out of being invisible, being on fire...FIRE, or turning into a solid rock. It looks and sounds cool, but that would be a horrific experience.

So Hasbro is getting in on Crowdfunding for riskier items.

Wonder if Legends could benefit from this. I'd kill to finally get a Quinjet or Ghost Rider's Hell Charger.

SymbiSpidey 02-18-2018 03:24 PM

I'm still holding out hope that Hasbro gives us Supaidaman.

That's really the only remaining Spiderverse figure I want at this point.....well, I'd take Iron Spider, too.

where did you get that traffic light and newspaper box?

Dr Kain 02-18-2018 03:37 PM

Went to a few Walgreens today and no luck on Mr Fantastic. I did decide to grab the new Namor though since he was on sale for $13.

Was tempted to get Medusa and Blackbolt and then I remembered they are Inhumans.

What the hell are you even talking about?

What does seeing a picture have to do with my interest in DC dying?
