Yeah it does, I was reading the PD Forum boards and others got energy also...lame wonder if it's cause I have 300 CP's...Also why does Luke Cage bleed when he's suppose to have unbreakable skin? I just noticed that while using him. Come on PD get your ish together...

That thing kills ugh...I think by far this seasons pvp is the worse and most frustrated with the Rogue/Ares combo with the attilian weapons to bat, yet the ironic part is I'm doing pretty dang good staying in between A and V league for some miracle reason...

For uncanny cyke's "don't die on me" to be a 25% chance, it sure does seem crazy that the enemy cyclops to literally just survive at 67 hp for FIVE consecutive attacks against him! I still won.. but there's no way they rolled that 1 out of 4 five times in a row..

So the emerald prism is probably the most broken item in the game in the rare situation that the agent is the only person left on their team. The stacking defense gets to 9 and can't drop below no matter what. It has no expiration of any rounds.. it is permanent. So he puts that on and all 3 of my people attack and he hits 9 stacks instantly. Now my attacks all do between 80-100 each.. and he keeps putting on the shield from the guardian weapon.. he isn't killing me.. but I can't kill him. Fought him for about 20 minutes now.. just still watching him tick from Ares bleed once a round, otherwise taking 0 damage because of those 9 stacks.. Ares bleed is the only thing that's going to win this, but that's dumb.

Just got uncanny cyclops. Didn't get one weapon or gadget in my whole mastery of chapter 2.

Yes that weapon is so OP stupid on the defense side. Don't you have it? Or did you not reach diamond last time. I wish I did last season but the defend side was so broken.

Yeah, the Emerald Prism is a pain the butt. I had one PvP match that lasted about 20 minutes because of it. The main thing they need to do is give the increased stats an expiration timer. The other thing should be to treat the defense buff the same way they treat the attack portion: The stack only ticks up once for each attack instead of each hit. (In other words, Wolverine's Berserker Rage currently hits four times and would add four stacks of increased defense to someone with the Emerald Prism on them, but if Wolverine had the Emerald prism on him when he attacked, he'd only gain one stack of "Increased attack" for using the Berserker Rage).

Also, the other reason the Prism is OP is because the increased defense is a straight up damage reducer instead of a defense increaser...in other words even attacks that normally ignore defense get reduced.

This is exactly what happened to me. I have the weapon, but I just didn't think it was that worth it. Maybe I should rethink and slot it in on defense..

It's a very potent defense item, but it's a bit of roulette since a lot depends on timing and using it on the "right" character at the right time (The Emerald Prism isn't a quick action, so you're forgoing any attack to use it). I've had games where my opponent had it, but they used it on a character that was already nearly dead (for example).

If the AI is "smart" though and say, keeps using it on the same character, it can get very potent very fast. Also useful in conjunction with one or more "buff" items as the Emerald Prism's Glow acts as a "rebuff" as well. In fact, I've seen a fair number of agents set up purely as "supporters" in this PvP season...carrying nothing but buff/healing items and no weaponry (Neurotrope, Shepherd's Staff, Protector of Attilan, and Emerald Prism seems to be one I run into fairly frequently...sometimes swapping out a Scroll of Oricebi Nomaj or Scroll of Angolob if one of the items isn't available).

Yup, that's what I would do use my agent exactly like that when you're attacking.
