Definitely. He's been my MU Hawkeye for quite a while, and I have the Comic Pack version.

Doesn't matter, Swap Meet, comic convention, comic shop, wherever, ML can be an expensive line to collect. Same could be said about MU and mostly everything else, but that's the deciding factor to alot of people.

My girlfriend is down in Des Moines right now.. came across Punisher, Scarlett Witch and She-Hulk. No Spider-Man, sad days. She grabbed up Punisher. Stopping at Wal-Marts on the way looking for Beta Ray Bill. Not successful.

I have crossbones (not the one with red eyes) & US Agent and their ankles swivel and move up and down but not a rocker. the battlefield cap has rockers though and it is sweet. don't have winter soldier though sorry. US Agent's wrists are stationary though so it is kinda hard to pose him with a shield sometimes

also to find out about figures, youtube is a great place to go and watch reviews to see if it is worth picking up, it is what i do

articulation is better than the avengers line i can tell you that much. they have ankle articulation along with wrists and torso.

HaHa yes we do, Scarlett is planning a massive pic blowout on monday to show off her birthday haul (I think her mum is looking for the number for collection intervention as the days get closer to the 3rd)

shipping can be a lot to Canada, depending on how much they are wanting to make off of us Canucks.
