You try navigating their site, it's incredible how many older figures they have listed. Whirlwind,machine man, cotton mouth. It's even more unbelieveable that some are listed at full price. What is also annoying is why are the none in stock figures still on the page ???

And between their shit site and walking in to one of their filthy stores with next to nothing in stock, they wonder why the company is closing nationwide.

Oh and lets not forget the fact their site is slower than molasses in winter. Oh and having to hope the employees actually put anything out instead of hoarding it in the back.

I’ve seen them all on store shelves except for Mysterio, Lasher, and Prowler. That said, only one store around here has had any of them so far, so it’s hard to tell.

Dorkside Deadpool wave is now scheduled for March.

Nice find! From what I’ve seen, that’s the second hardest to find figure from that wave after Black Panther.

They had about 2 cases worth of the BP wave. I actually saw 3 of them and was able to stop and compare which had the best paint.

I just canceled my Deadpool preorder at Dorkside since I have everyone but Cable coming from TRU. No point in buying an entire case for one figure.

Sorry for the late reply. I had to go out of town right after I posted. For some strange reason they gave me the buy one get one 50% off. Got lucky I guess.

Oh, I have, one day I jumped on and ordered MP Prowler while I was on my phone and it took a whole 60 seconds. What was even better, was when the package came in, they sent 2 of them. The same order twice. As in, they sent 2 separate boxes with the same thing in both boxes. They only charged me once. I contacted their customer support who denied they sent 2 packages so I went to the store and they refunded me the price of one of them. So, the one day I had a speedy time on their site, they sent me 2 instead of 1, it was an awesome day.

For the 3 waves coming out now/soon, which ones do y'all think are/will be the rarer ones? For Sasquatch, I'm thinking Cable and Domino; for Lizard, I'm thinking Mysterio, Spider-Man Noir, Prowler, and maybe Gwenpool; for Thanos, I'm thinking at least Proxima Midnight and maybe Taskmaster.

I don’t know if y’all have noticed with legends lately, NONE OF THEM ARE THAT RARE! They are overproduced as hell, if you even make a half ass attempt you will find your figures at retail. Now mind you if you want it a couple months early, by all means go to eBay and be one of the first to pay a 4-500% mark up, but lately every figure is eventually getting to almost every retailer in an over abundance. Between that and Walmart and target putting out random back stock ( the Walmart near me just put out a case of SM vulture wave, which they clearances out months ago, and targets everywhere were getting GOTG vol 1 figures right as vol2 were dropping.) there is no such thing as “rare” anymore. I’ve been following some of this phenomenon on eBay for a wile now. 2 months before the juggernaut wave officially dropped people were paying 200 for Deadpool, one months later between 60-80 now loose your looking at 17-19. There are not a lot of figures holding up on the aftermarket nowadays, I believe this is because of overproduction, and the fact that stuffs comeing at us so fast nothing is “new” for more than a week or so. Hell I saw a cable go for 120 last week, now they’re averaging 70ish in a week they’ll be going for half of that, watch!

Yep, I haven’t paid retail for a figure this year, except for Nakia and BP because I didn’t have the patience to wait until after the movie hype died.

I've definitely noticed a good deal of that, but my area still has some issues with supply, and I prefer to buy Legends at retail, especially with the MCU figs from GOTG Vol.2 wave 2 and onward, to ensure no paint/printing issues. And yeah, I've not been buying Legends at full retail as much, I pricematch almost reflexively, and take advantage of sales as much as possible.

i think it depends on what area you're in too.... im sure most of you seen me bitch over the years of me being on here. SoFlo doesn't usually get the new waves like most of you do so quickly. yes we EVENTUALLY do get them here but not quickly.usually 6 months or so down the line. i've mostly resorted to purchasing online, trading a few figures back and fourth with a a member on here whom rocks a mullet LMAFO and even having another buddy of mine in ohio sending me some.

as far as rarity the X wave deadpool and the second X wave cyclops figures. they were NOWHERE to be found locally to me and i had to most definitely resort to ordering online with them.

would i ever pay scalper prices online hell no.... eventually someone somewhere will have the figures either online or locally for regular price.
