His head leans to the left and I need to get something to make it a bit tighter(I slightly over dremelled) but for the most part he's done and I'm rather happy with him. Thanks for the help everyone!

How many toys r us exclusive marvel legends sets were supposed to come out this year? Has anybody seen the news? Having a feeling like we might have some problems...

Yeah that dept. manager just did not want to go in back and find them. Now they may have been buried on a pallet somewhere and they did not know where, so that might be excusable, but a mod reset means nothing. They have certain weeks that they are to be completed by but MANY stores are always behind schedule on this. Unless the item in question has a street date in the computer, witch will not let it be sold before 12:01 of that date, there is nothing preventing them from selling the item except the person you ask. The Infinity figures have a Street Date on the box of March 3rd, but I had them ring one up when I found a case on March 1st and the rang up just fine. No Street Date in the computer system. My closest store had not set the mod until this past Monday and they had 1 Iron Man and one Ghost Rider on the self after they set it. The rest of the Infinity toys (non Legends) had not even been put out on Tuesday night. They told me it was still setting in back on a pallet.

Managed to find the lizard wave at target tonight.
I was shocked when they all range up for 9.99

I think that targets system is confused and thinks the new wave is the old goblin wave and gave me the clearance price from years ago.

To get it to fit a little better, there are a couple of things you can do. The first, is to use an brush applicator and put a bit of Krazy Glue along the sides of the head, and let it cure. This will build up the base a little bit, getting a tighter fit. You can also do this with clear nail polish, though you may have to do it a couple of times. Just make sure the glue or polish has cured before you try to put the head on, otherwise, bad things....

If you don't want to use glue, another method (and is alternatively just as easy) is to cut a small piece of electrical or duct tape tape, and wrap it around the neck peg. This works really well. Alternatively, take a piece of kitchen napkin (a thicker one like Bounty) and wad a tiny piece up and just push it evenly into the head. Little thing, but it works wonders.

Yeah, I saw the news that the decision to close all TRU's could come as soon as Monday. With as many TRU exclusives that were announced at Toy Fair this year (much to my chagrin) this could shake up their fate.

Ok, so I have been dremelling out heads forever. Here are a few tips;
1. WEAR A RUBBER GLOVE on the hand Your holding the custom painted head in.

2. Dremel makes a diamond ball tip bit in various sizes, eyeball or take the figure into the store to check the size of ball tip you need. If they do not make one big enough get the largest one they have available.

3. Hold the Dremel stable at a downword angel and bring the head socket up to meet it, that way you can observe the work and control movement with the hand holding the head.

4. And another Arker stated, DO CONSTANT FIT CHECKS, dremel a Little then test fit.

5. Make sure to clean out the neck socket once your done to get out all the debris and plastic power.

My guess is the exclusives will still get released. They are all already most likely in production so even though tru is dead they will see the light of day I think.

I came here to wonder something similar myself. Has anyone with Hasbro's ear asked what's to become of the exclusives or how they may be redistributed or what?

• Klaue and Shuri (I've seen it at one TRU, but it's also trickling out still)
• Scarlet Witch and Vision (MCU)
• Thor, Groot, Rocket (MCU)
• Wolverine and a Sentinel (Days of Future Past)
• Ant-man and Stinger (Comic)
• MCU 10th Iron Man 3 Box Set (Hot Rod Iron Man, Pepper Potts, Manderin)

Also possibly the MCU 10th Thor Dark World (Thor and Sif)

I know I'm in the minority, but I really want that Thor/Groot/Rocket set, so I'd like to know, plus I'd like to know in general. I also haven't heard anything about Entertainment Earth, I know they and TRU were closely associated with each other in terms of offering exclusives and the like.

Finally, there was insider talk for a long time about the A-Force Boxset trickling down to stores as well as there was a lot of stock that had been held on to for physical sales that seemed to have gotten stuck in the distribution network as well.

I think there might just be a general sale on all figures listed as "Spider-Man Legends", as Target's system doesn't really seem to distinguish between individual waves and figures. On the website they're (the older ones, the newest wave still isn't listed yet) on sale for $11.99, in most stores in my area they ring up as $12.29.

According to Brickseek, three other Walmarts around me have Thanos "instock." None of them have him on the shelves.

Kinda reminds me of Conan O'Brien. LOL. But seeing that makes me prefer the slim build Human Torch that I'm used too... the one we got is kinda buff.

Just curious...does anyone here have any of the Disney Store Marvel Toybox figures? I was wondering if the heads were attached to the body similar to Marvel Legends. My most major gripe about Gwenpool was the lack of an unmasked head, and I honestly think that the head to the Black Widow Toybox figure might be perfect for customizing into Gwen...

That means they have them, brickseek isn't wrong here. Rickseek can't stock them on the shelf for you. When target got the Thor wave it took them what seemed like a month to actually stock them on the shelf since they were doing a reset.

They are just so awful sometimes...smh...me thinks it'll no longer be an issue soon though..

Here's what I suspect will happen:

Most of the unreleased exclusives will get shifted to other retailers (probably mostly Amazon, who I strongly suspect will benefit the most from TRU's demise and will try to the hardest to snap up the collector market) around Christmastime or worst-case scenario punted to next year.

TRU Inventory that doesn't sell through will end up in Ross/TJ Maxx/Etc.. late this year or sometime next year.

Did you repaint Ben Grimm's shorts to match the rest of the team? And if so what'd you use?
