I had an amazing day today. As some of you know I'm doing the stay at home/get back to school bit at home while the wifey works and today she decided to give me free reign on hunting. I went about an hour out of the way and worked my way back home checking all targets, walmarts, ross stores, Tj Maxxes & Marshall's that I could think of. Thankfully I didn't have a wasted trip and scored King Loki, King Laufey both for trade a couple of the Avengers movie figs I was wanting as well as some of the older IM2 toys, a couple of new TFs for my modest collection and the icing I spotted 2 classic Sentinels and one silver and I bought one of each :D

I'd be willing to try back for that classic colored sentinel if anyone wants it but I'm thinking with shipping it would run about $55 shipped. Also King Loki & Laufey are for trades so if anyone needs them my want list is in the bst section. I prefer to trade because that helps me and you get something we want were as selling only usually gets me my money back as I don't usually charge more than I paid for an item. I hope to take pics later

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Well that's not 100% true. I did buy some bread, sandwich meat, ketchup and mustard. I also passed on some Avengers Hawkeye MU figs. Passed on a 6 pack that looked like a baby was gnawing on the corner as well. So yeah. Another day, another quarter tank of gas wasted.

More and more it's becoming economical to pay a little more online and save gas on wasted trips. Don't get me wrong, I love hunting too but eventually so many failed trips starts to add up on your gas tank and wallet. Maybe if the distro was a little better it wouldn't be sucha problem.

I think he prefers sovereign ruler,but I prefer all of the above.

Darn those pogs. My dad knew a guy that had a garage full of them but the problem is he bought them like a month after they hit California. I guess he thought they would be the trend for a few years but by the time he got them in they were on the way out lol.

That's such a good story though. the look on the guy's face was priceless. You could tell that he just didn't want anyone claiming he was up to shenanigans. Just proves that these guys go scouring the sales and clearance of normal retail shops just to mark up the stuff at their stores.

At that price it's perfect for making black costume customs. I'd say you are even increasing the value since most people wouldn't repaint an expensive variant.


I get that a lot of people love the Zemo figure and it is very well done but the character has never really grabbed me. My Zemo is on the way to Shockwave actually. Only problem is that they needed to make the weapons bigger to fit in his hands instead of reusing old stuff.

Kraven is definitely awesome and so is Beta Ray Bill. I love him. I don't have all the new figures so I'll just say Prof. X (even though I don't have him either). I haven't paid too much attention to Kang so what makes him stand out?
