The problem I have with the Black Series is Hasbro's inability to provide the figures with double jointed elbows, many don't have doubt jointed knees, and a serious lack of accessories. Figures are lucky if they include alternate hands and heads or any sort of effects. Why not include Force Lightning effects with every Jedi/Sith? How about hands for those moves? Angry expressions? Relaxed expressions? Heads with hair that is in motion for when they're fighting? Etc.

Deadshot came in from BBTS and because I ordered the new Lego Shire set while it was new I got the Smeagol & Deagol free bonus set (there was also an overlapping chick painting an egg freebie which is cute but I didn't take any pictures), I'll post the Shire later once I even have time to build it. The rifle was not included with Floyd, it comes from McFarlane's second munitions pack, but I went with it because it reminds of the rifle he uses in the Arkham games. I mean he really doesn't need it because he does have his wrist-guns but whatever, it looks cool. As a figure he's simple but satisfying, I might have preferred silver coloring over the off-white because of later books (Secret Six namely) going with that but that doesn't hurt my view of what we got.

Agreed on Deadshot. He looks so much better wielding a gun

Weekend gets. The comic Killer Croc was the main draw for this pack but I actually do really like how the Grim Knight came out as well. Both figures are tweaks of previous releases but Croc's changes are much more obvious. It's the Arkham Asylum figure but with a new neck/clavicle area, head, and lower legs. I don't know if the forearms are new or if this is always what they looked like under the Asylum version's bracers. All of that and a fresh coat of paint does a lot to distinguish them and gives me another really cool Killer Croc. Grim Knight has a new head with gritted teeth and a much more involved paint scheme than the initial release. Adam Strange is most directly based on the 2021 book but it's still a very classic look for him. Another great assortment of expressions included with these collector edition figures. Lastly then Rom and Adam Warlock came from my BBTS pre-order.
