Heck yeah, wanted him when I first saw him. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he's a 100% new sculpt from top to bottom. So if for no other reason, he'd be a great buy just for that - being a unique figure.

In my wildest dreams I never thought that figure would be so hated. He was in The Batman Animated Series people..... don't hate him just because he was portrayed in a terrible movie.

Yeah, don't know where all the hate for this guy is coming from. I personally like him, which is mostly why I happily bought the figure when I found him.



Also, I finally completed my Bane Collect-and-Connect! Catman being in the pics makes this count as Batman Legacy related. And I'm actually finding some great uses for that Modern Age/Sinestro Corps head :)

You know there's a thread for that. :) I'm thinking that most people are keeping there bane parts hoping to complete him. I am just waiting for an arm and leg to come in the mail. A friend of mine is getting the Riddler when he sees it and he said I could have the arm. If this happens I'll hit you up or post it in the DC CNC trade page. :) Good luck Doomtron.

that is disturbing lol,yeah there is a local cs that has all but azbat and riddler,but im still looking at close to $100 to complete him,maybe I will just be happy with the torso,crotch and head and think of it as a bust.

I could have just bought all 6 figs at 15 a pop but I only wanted the AZ Bats. My girl said she liked the Riddler so I bought him even though mt friend said he would give me the part when he got it. I went to ebay for the rest. The chest was expensive but arms and legs were cheap. On ebay you can get Bane complete for $60-80. There was no way I was going to pay $90 at retail to get him.

Just got Catman today and man, he was so worth the $20!

DCUC has had a lot of great figures this year (Jonah Hex, Azrael Batman, Sinestro Corps Scarecrow, Bronze Tiger, Owlman) and Catman easily belongs in the same group! Love the knuckle claws and the paint is beautiful! So, have Catman, Deadshot and am 1 figure away from completing Bane, be great to see Ragdoll or Cheshire next! :D

Ok, you're scaring me - that's totally my group of "great figures" also. These would be the exact ones I take down occasionally and just play/pose around with 'em and admire. But...I've yet to obtain a Bronze Tiger:mad:

I got a Bane torso...thats it lol. I saw the whole wave but I wasn't sold on Bane like I am now -.-. Did get Mercury for Metal Men of course. Getting the arm that came with The Riddler too, seeing he was an easy pass. Also getting Catman in the mail too, should be eeeepic.

edit,all I need now is right arm and both legs.

I would like for the Batman Legacy line to provide a more complete roster of Batman's rogues gallery as well as more of his support staff of crime fighters; including Rag Man.

What wave is suppose to come out after the catwoman wave? Or was that the last wave?

I had always heard that this series wasn't going to last past 3 waves.

I know green lantern classics was only supposed to last like two waves but havent heard anything bout good ol bats.

That Honor Guard Joker vs. Batman pack will be a shelf warmer at +/- $30. People will want the Robin figure from the other 2-pack but is anyone really lining up for the Arkham City Joker? I wish any of the 2-packs contained 2 figures together that people actually want. :(

They can't sell two highly wanted figures together. How would they move the ones no one wants if they did.

Don't make them in the first place.

I think its kinda interisting how the legacy figs are DCUC scale and the two packs are other scales.
