ok.....I seen you guys post these things on here for months, and ive never asked "whats the story behind these things?" i went back to page one of this thread to find some answers but nothing there to describe what these things are. is this from that robots vs. zombies comic series.

They are from Ashley Wood's art and World War Robot (WWR) series.
Id suggest this book as a starting point.

Not much words in it but more about the art. A lot of the pieces are open to interpretation and even Ashley Wood himself said that he wishs he had more time to write more on the subject but that he is ok with the toys telling the story itself.
There have been others comic/graphic novels based off of this like zombies vs. robots vs. humans and others.

DUDE thats no ape!!! ITS MONGROL!! From the ABC Warriors comic book,i posted a link to the ABC Warriors wiki page a few pages back,its a great series from the 2000AD comic.

There are several different series of figures from different Ashley Wood graphic Novels, Comics, etc... and licensed properties. The figures generally come in 1/12th and 1/6th scale.

thanks for the info, I've seen this around online, same line that has the MAXX right? eitherway neat toys, will have to keep an eye out for them cheap on evilbay. I would love to have 4-5 and make 2-3 destroyed like burn sections, rip the chest cavity open and have random sword/claw marks and would fit in awesome with some MU dio's.
