Poor Mantis!

What would be a good base for a custom Warpath? The prices on EBay are insane, and I can’t see him getting a release anytime soon.

When i look at the BAF thanos head, the color reminds me of blueberry yogurt. That's just too funny.

The new Thanos is so much better IMO... must suck for those that bought the entire wave just for the old BAF Thanos.

The Hulkling body, if you can find him cheap.

Isn’t crossbones on the same body? They usually have ko’s pretty cheep on eBay.

I found a recipe with the Bulldozer body and Odin arms that looks pretty good.

Doesn't suck for me at all. I don't find this Thanos redo to be worth all the hoopla around it, even with it's gauntlet (which can be re-created with the current MCU Thanos pretty easily.)

The Thanos wave was actually a pretty decent one at the time. The only figure out of that wave that I didn't keep was Hellcat, because I couldn't stand that mismatched paint on her lower legs. They should have painted the blue over the yellow, as opposed to the yellow over the blue.

I don't know if the new Thanos is "Much" better, it's actually the same, but the colors on it, OMG, they are so much nicer, except the face. I want to keep the lighter color face but the helmet doesn't match, damn it!

Using the MCU BAF Thanos Gauntlet won't match colors, it might look good but it doesn't match.

I can say, I don't regret getting the original BAF, it was a great version while it lasted.

Jay C or Shartimus did that. Except for the main base to the body itself, they're not the same.

The hoopla (always a fun word) is meant for us folks who don't have the BAF. In my case I simply didn't actually want any figures from that wave and I'm sure there are folks who didn't get into Legends until after that wave had already gone by so for our collective we have hoopla to dish around this figure because it's the BAF Thanos with snazzier paint at retail price. Just like the TRU Groot was made for people who didn't get/complete the BAF.

I hope that means those of us who ordered individuals have had their ordered filled and ready to ship.

Infinity Gauntlet, better paint apps, alternate head with a closed mouth that looks more badass, etc.

The marvel select thanos is the best version out there, far superior representation of the character

Having seen the figure in person, color me not impressed enough for it to warrant a purchase over what I have. "Better" in this instance is simply a matter of perspective.

Some like brandy...I prefer whiskey.

It really just depends on “what” thanos you prefer.
The select and baf are two totally different versions of the character.
