That's a 25th annaversary Zartan hood- I used one for my Moon Knight custom (it's in the Customs Completed section somewhere).

It's his execution that really makes Bad Moon's stuff stand out though- really top notchh- right down to the photography and presentation with the custom type.

Get a pic of just him and Spider Woman- they were a couple for a while....
