This afternoon I went by my local TRU to pick up some Guardians and end up leaving with Jubilee instead. The only one missing from the case was a single Wolverine which I was not fond of anyway. I find it strange that pre orders are being dropped if stores are getting them in.

Geez, I guess it's a good thing I got my preorder in with a site other than TRU, then... =/

Just saw an entire case of GotG legends at my HEB (local grocery store) only one missing was Rocket, but if you're looking for GotG legends and you're in Texas don't forget to check out HEB. I picked up Nova a good while back so I left him and all the others for someone else.

My TRU order says "Item(s) located in stock". I'm gonna be really upset if it gets cancelled because I saw the entire wave at TRU today and passed then up because of my order. I guess we'll find out if/when they ship.

Do you mind me asking what area are you located?? I ask because I'd love to just randomly stumble upon them too!

Just saw guardians of the galaxy, great movie. Stopped by tru looked for x-men legends, no luck but found a another figure I was looking for...black cat, nice day.

Dang this worrisome about the Jubliee wave. Ever since the University I work at changed from their own email servers to google I never get emails from TRU about my orders. For those that have gotten both emails could post or PM me the email address that they came from, so I could add it as a contact.

So for now all I can do is login to my TRU account and check the order status which says: "Item(s) located in stock/You can expect to receive your item(s) between 08/06/14 and 08/11/14".

Quick question : Are the TRU exclusives available only in America? My local TRU has the Marvel Legends Spider-Man & GotG, maybe the X-men series can reach Europe as well?

That's a good question. I know they are in Canada but not everything makes it to Europe. I'd contact your local TRU and ask if they are getting them in.

If I log into my TRU account, my status also reads "Items Located in Stock" even though I got the delay email. I don't think that status guarantees anything... but hopefully it does? =)

I didn't get the delay email, I got that the order was processing. I just checked my online banking and I haven't been charged yet. I am beginning to worry that Toys R Us is going to kill my order. I know my comic store is ordering a case, I may have to buy them now. Dose anyone know for sure if Toys R Us is going to kill the order?

I just called the customer service line for Toys R Us and the woman on the phone looked into my order and says everything is OK and I should be shipping as soon as tomorrow.
I mentioned that other people who have an order like mine have been saying that their order have been canceled. She wasn't able to tell me an exact reason, but it could have something to do with location. But, she wasn't sure. I hope everyone gets what they are looking for.

I've talked to TRU customer care a couple of times regarding the x-men jubilee wave and they were confident that the orders would be shipping out accordingly and if certain figures were back ordered they would be getting more stock shortly. Who knows if that's actually the case but I'm hoping so.

I pre-ordered from TRU and I've gotten a confirmation that my order is going to be shipped out "to be received between 8/6 and 8/8." BUT I had to have my card replaced in july and so the card they have on file is no longer valid. I called and they said since the funds were confirmed when the order was initially placed the items will ship automatically but they also confirmed its going to be returned to sender when they try to charge the card at the start of the business week. Their web system doesn't allow for any changes once the order has been placed, but I talked to a super helpful woman there who told me that the shipment would be sent back to them, but they would honor the price I paid during the sale when the items come back in stock by referencing my call w her. She gave me a reference number for the recording of the call. No idea if that will actually come to pass but I also preordered from toyzoo just to be on the safe side cuz I really want this set.

Hope everyone gets their pre orders! Such a shame that TRU has such an archaic web system lol! Changing payment for my preorders with BBTS and Entertainment Earth was super easy.

I don't get any emails from TRU anymore, but I got charged in full when I pre-ordered the set back on June 6th.

Thanks for the response! The Jubilee wave sightings seem to be very sporadic in the States.

There's marvel universe, marvel legends, but what about marvel select let's start showing our love for the best 7" inch toy line out there. Besides they gave us the perfect Thanos!

They're finally giving me the Cable action figure I've been hoping to see for years. DEFINITELY excited for that one.

Yeah, That Cable is BOUGHT!!! I Don't Care what people say, Liefeld Era Cable was the best era. The battles between Cable and Stryfe, The X-Cutioners Song!!!, X-tinction Agenda!! The best era by far. I hate what Cable has become, for the most part.

Most of the MS I get are to go with ML. MS makes the best BIG characters. NOW if they would just make an ONSLAUGHT. With Red Onslaught coming with the new AXIS story, all they would have to do is include an interchangeable classic head with the Res Skull head and done. The new Red Onslaught is basically the same armor as classic Onslaught.
