That actually is a good deal. $5 extra so you don't have to wait anymore, not to mention gas saved from not having to hunt for her.

And boy, does bucky have some cool figures or what. All 3 of em are really neat

That's the problem with this particular thread. There's so much going on it's hard to see everything. I posted my new spidey villains + future foundation arrangement and it was passed over lol

It also looks good with Black panther.

I put the future foundation on the wood block I previously had spidey villains on. Put them on the far right side of my shelf. I stuck every spiderman I had on the wall with quake hold. Iron spiderman is a pain in the ass. I just think the best way to show all my spidermen is to put them crawling on the wall

I believe we've only see this "variant" one time at a con and I thought it was confirmed to be just a custom. Anyway, I was told that the variant "would never see the light of day"

This is now called "THE BIG ASS MEN SHELF" LM you really need to put a name on that shelf. LOL

FancyPants 09-08-2012 11:59 PM

Vampireheart: It's not to date, but it's close enough for now. My wife is asleep and no way in hell I'm taking pics.

My Walmart has had one of those for the longest time at $9. Yay 99¢ off!
The card is in bad shape though.

Buy it and sell it to me! I'd love to have one loose. :D

That's pretty sweet man! and I lol'd at the thought of you stumbling in the dark with your wife waking up after you knock down all the figures and her wondering "seriously pictures? At this late an hour? For some random dude on the internets?"

wolverine2281 09-09-2012 12:50 AM

No joke. That exact scenario happens more often than you'd think. I stuck spidey 2099, scarlet, and Iron spidey (needs more puty, he falls a lot) on the wall like the others. I think that's what i'll do regarding spiderman in the future.

Nice work, 1andonly5711!

My walls are almost done. Here's a few pictures... Empty spots are for some figures that I don't have yet but hoping to get soon. Top left spot is for if they ever make a ScarJo Black Widow...
http://i1259.photobucket.com/albums/...x/12e52b80.jpg

Wave 3 and most of my MU. I'm fairly new to collecting, so I don't have a ton like some of the other guys on here. Last 4 on top are just place holders for the running change figures (Blade, Danielle Moonstar, FF Doom & Red/Black DeadPool).
http://i1259.photobucket.com/albums/...x/85963938.jpg

I still need to put up a few more MU figures along with the 3.75" Avengers figures. Empty spot in the middle is for an X-Force Wolverine that fallen69lee04 is sending me. :D Oh, and I also have to hang up my Marvel Select figures except for Juggernaut and Thing. I'm thinking of going with a Detolf for those and a few other things that I simply can't hang up on the wall.

Scythe 09-09-2012 04:11 AM

Your walls are set up so freakin' awesome.

They're awesome pictures and figures. A lot of good posts get buried in a minute though, so it's tough to catch them all. Everyone loves talking MU.

..and whenever "the great scalper debate" comes up, forget about it. Never post anything relevant during one of those.

Thanks! If only I had more wall space to display more. I've got about 4 more feet to the right before I hit the door. 2-3 more feet on the left before I run into picture frames and stuff. I figured that I'd have to put some MS figs over my door just to get them to fit in the room. I can probably only fit about 8-10 more MUs on the right side, but I'm going to add another row underneath. After that, I don't know where else to put them...

Ya know, I've never seen someone line their cieling with MOC toys. I know they'de probably fall down, but it's not impossible to fasten them to the cieling. Stare at them while making sweet, sweet love to significant other. Perhaps shoot them a thumbs up or something like: "This one's for you guys. Aw-Yea!"

Though I have seem some people create an entire border around the top of their walls. One buddy of mine did that throughout his entire house. Shit was so cash.

The ceiling idea... I dunno about that. With my luck, they'd fall on me while I'm asleep or some crap. I could use those plant hook things, but this stupid apartment has popcorn ceilings and it would be a pain in the butt. The sweet love part is why I don't want to go any lower than one more row on the right side (LMFAO TMI). About lining the ceiling of the whole apartment... now that's an idea. I might just do that if the gf doesn't kick my ass for suggesting it.
