That would be a instant buy! I am always needing more Mcu figs. I Found the entire Infinity War Wave two except Black Widow I only picked up Thor He’s definitely one badass Fig But if anyone comes across a Avengers infinity war black widow they don’t need keep me in mind.

I'm going to take it a step further and say that an upcoming Emma Frost is the only reason we are getting Typhoid Mary at all. Any other look would have been either inappropriate for toy shelves or way too much new sculpting for a character/figure that probably isnt going to sell all that well. My exposure to the character was when she was in the Sisterhood of Evil Mutants so I'm glad they went with this look, ahe'll fit in with my X Men just fine.

Showgirls. ;)

Jerseysteel 06-02-2018 04:45 PM

Slightly in related to ML, but I just picked up the Avengers vs X-Men companion from Ollies for $20 pretty excited to finally read this series. Also picked up the Days of future past GN and the Dark phoenix saga GN

As of today the Crow remake is a goner.. better off that way too.

I wasn't too keen on the idea of a black cat and sable movie. Doesn't sound like the right team up there.

Or that Channing Tatum Gambit movie.

I agree the comic version looks a little silly, but there's a ton of characters out there that look silly I'd want. I'd still buy him. Of course, the fact that he looks silly isn't why they chose another visual route. Not trying to open a can of worms either...it's something the creators have commented on as well.

Ah, BS PC. Ruining my chance to ever get a classic comic based Man Ape. Thank you snowflakes of America.

hasbroherofan 06-02-2018 09:19 PM

Are there any other Marvel characters who wear corsets?

Wait, so does that mean action figure heights are your trigger?.;)

Do we still not have any word on the SDCC exclusive this year?

Found this bad boy in the wild. Love him so far.

^ That Hulk is built like the Rock IMO... looks like a wrestler. IMO Hulk should be built like a wall.

And even though I'm 1000 percent positive that any Tatum Channing Gambit movie would be a disaster that makes X-men Apocalypse look like the Godfather... it would be worth it if it meant getting a classic Gambit figure sooner rather than later. I mean without a Gambit movie who knows when we might finally get a new 90's Gambit Legends figure. Thanks to the Deadpool movie we got 90's Deadpool, Cable, Bishop, Dethlok & Omega Red... plus other cool figs like x-23 and Domino.

Sure, but the thing about the future is that it happens after the present, funnily enough. It's not canceled now, and behaving like it is is wrong.

Funny how the person who uses terms like snowflake is always the one constantly crying about whatever nonsense has upset them that moment.

I think they get a newsletter or an email to let them know what to be outraged about each week. 🙄

I always thought reading comic books made us better people. When it comes to superheroes, we are in a lot of ways reading about the best of humanity, and still some of us can't help but be jerks. That's what's crap.

I only collect Classic Comic based Marvel Legends and MCU Marvel Legends. A few months ago I said I'd be selling my lot of other comic figures I had, but I ran into a dilemma. My younger cousin has three boys who love Marvel and DC characters, but have only seen the movies, Disney cartoons, and t-shirts at Target. Instead of bashing these kids because they are "MCU lovers", I packed up all the figures I was going to give away, a trade paperback of Infinity Gauntlet, and took it to their house. That was a little over a month ago. Yesterday I bought them the Marvel Encyclopedia. Now these kids can't get enough of reading about these characters and have access to comic book Marvel Legends. I told their mother if she's looking for more classic based characters to try the Vintage Line as a starter. See how that's done? Does no good to be an old GET OFF MY LAWN stubborn jerk, but it does all the good to take my hand and knowledge to give direction.

That is awesome! Expanding the minds of the youth to a variety of stories of the characters they like. Never a bad thing! Of course, if this tips the scale for them to be more marvel than DC fans, that's a bonus! (just kidding on that last. mainly).

I just wanted a Mandarin with a Fu Manchu. But nah...fake outrage from the outrage culture over making profit and art.

I wonder if Shang Chi is offensive? I do not know the rules to the game.

This ideology really hurt Hasbro in their Star Wars line, and from what I know, Hasbro upper management is upset, but hold any public scorn due to Disney and the Marvel license.

LOL!!! It’s funny you mention that, because I was a little worried. I have 2 DC Encyclopedia’s, however, one is very outdated. There were a few DC Collectibles from the New 52 line in the bag. That massive Darkseid, which has a broken leg somehow, is one of the figures they just love. I’m trying to think of a good trade paperback they can read. I have extra copies of Kingdom Come, Crises on Infinite Earths, and Blackest Night. Blackest Night might be one I can cope with giving away.

Did it come with his weapons? I picked him up a few months ago from the local figure shop by me.

He's had about as many figures as any other low B/high C-list baddie.

lol

Beer is such a waste of time and money that could go towards action figures.

Archangel 06-03-2018 08:29 AM

We are in dire need of a classic Mystique. I don’t know how Hasbro has gone so long without making one. Hopefully she’s on the table now that Magneto is coming. Hopefully one of next year’s X-Men waves will have a classic Magneto, Mystique, Quicksilver, Avalanche, and Toad.

Let me just say...I like the way you think.
