The X and Spidey waves I want most of both waves but atleast the Venom wave I really only want him and Carnage.

I really hope the Claire comes with hands other than those goofy tiger claws she used for like two scenes in Iron Fist and The Defenders.

The skin tone for Luke looks a bit too dark as well. Hopefully it's the lighting.

The likeness on that Luke looks much better, skin tone aside.

Weird. Hasbro seems to be having trouble with that as of late. Valkyrie was way darker than Tessa Thompson in real life while the recent Black Panther was way paler than Chadwick Boseman in real life.

Dorkside still has single listings for some of the X-Men wave including Multiple Man. They also have single listings of the Venom wave including Spider-Ham. Plus there is a listing for Venom and Carnage together for a lower price.

You know something I realize, with us having no news or even solid rumors for 2019, if that keeps up for another month, this SDCC may be the most enjoyable as yet. Maybe not on a figure per figure basis but just the idea of having no ideas at all what we're getting, though we can definitely estimate what waves we'll get not the figures within them within a core or two.

I think if this time next month we still haven't see anything solid it would be interesting to list the 7-9 waves for next year and what figures we think we'll get in them, and then come back after SDCC, NYCC and NYTF and see how on the mark we were.

Those shiny silver Archangel wings are the best... makes the figure IMO. I wish the regular version had shiny wings.

Also... I hate that old Wolverine mold that the X-Force Wolverine uses. I found an unmasked Astonishing Wolvie for ten bucks that uses the same mold I think and posing it sux so bad compared to the new mold.

Hey guys just a couple of quick questions-

What's the status on the Target exclusive ML IW Falcon/Winter Soldier two-pack? Is that still coming out?

Why is the ML Mysterio figure near impossible to find? I thought it was released already?

Three major reasons:

1 - The Lizard wave in general has suffered from poor distribution (specific factors unknown, but likely numerous), resulting in the wave being rather hard to find at retail

2 - Mysterio is a high-demand character due to being an iconic Spider-Man villain, a character many felt was in need of an update from his previous Legends-style release, and helping to complete a team (Sinister Six)

3 - The running change from green head to white/clear head, where there's a large demand for both versions from different groups of collectors

I've only seen the wave a handful of times at retail, and even then, he's the only one I haven't seen outside of a convention.

I only saw Mysterio once and a damn Employee Of Target said it was street dated to keep it for his own ass. I’m not paying the EBay Prices for him. To be honest he’s kinda a let down I wish he was textured like the Toy biz one.

Images of the back of the Killmonger and Ross pack show that the Winter Soldier and Falcon is needed to complete Stan Lee so it's still coming we just don't know when. Keeping an eye for news on the Killmonger set might be beneficial for tracking the other set given they're likely to release within close proximity.

As for Mysterio it's like the others said, poor distribution and high demand combined make him very hard to acquire. I freaking love having a good classic appearance Mysterio but his current scalper prices are total BS.

I just want to get that damn cull obsidian wave. I mean damn every other wave is either up for release or seen releases but only bbts has it for pre order for june and here we are two weeks into june and still only on effein pre order and dorkside doesnt even have a listing for it any more.

Ant-Man and Wasp went up on Amazon today (although it says something about Prime members only) so the wave should be out soon-ish.

I just hope dorkside gets ‘em in again as i just want cull 2 black knights ( one for a custom ) and malekith, maybe thor.

there is also a pocketbook that comes with the set but i dont' want to seem sexist since it's halfway between luke and claire, and assume it's hers... ha.
