There was a long speech that Rick shares - kind of thought we would have heard it last night in terms of the story - but he just ends with saying, "WE ARE THE WALKING DEAD!"

that was one of my favorite moments in the comic. hopefully with the tv dale's passing, that realization quote will find its way in there.

What? Dale's dead? His story was great! I loved his aputations, and his "tainted meat! Ha ha! Tainted meat!" bit was hysterical in a dark sorta way!
Plus, he reminded me of Bill, and that's a huge plus.....

Well if they get Hugh Dillon to replace him, I'll feel better...

I dont get why Dale passing is that big of a deal. He was a low grade Kenobi. He had these bug eyes that Im really suprised didnt get him slapped more...Besides if the actor had been less vocal about Frank leaving then this would have never happened....sometimes keep your mouth shut and collect your rediculous paycheck.....

his eyebrows were too bushy imo.

his dying completely broke the "close to the comic book" tagline. so now all the major plot points and developmental character building that made the comic popular are almost completely out the window. fyi morrisey is playing the judge next season.

Well I watched the panel at comic con and they say no body is safe on this show any time the writers want to they could kill someone off and that's what i like about the show because at any time the story could take a big turn in another direction great show really is my favorite thing to do on Sunday

After reading your post, I thought about how the writers might be trying to prove a point. Maybe they wanted to give a little shock to the comic fans.

They have to work around actors and salary negotiations and all of that too. You never know.."Dale" might have signed a 2 season commitment and had a better offer waiting to film.

This was their way of saying "Quit on us huh".....

I was watching the rerun of Walking Dead earlier with my girlfriend and when Maggie was on screen she mentioned that the same actress was from Supernatural. I just recently started watching Supernatural because the g/f recommended it and never connected the dots.

I loved supernatural I haven't been able to watch it this season because of school... I still don't like the fact they killed off dale I liked the character. But o well LOL dumb ass kid should died when he got shot LOL
