I somehow hope they give us an animated morph with removeable jacket and alternate heads. Plus hed be a good character to give those dumbass lazer guns noir spiderman came with.

So because YOU think it's legacy it must be true ? Funny because her last issue, which once again was #30 doesn't show any legacy number but all other series that continued actually did... here's an example below. I'm sorry to say but your thoughts don't override Marvel comics.

Notice the corners of both issues it's quite it's right up front. there is no legacy numbering on kamal but on Venom there is.

Just one last thing, to clarify; from the official solicit for the issue:

Y'all if you don't like a character nobody is forcing you to buy/read them. Also her figure came out well over a year ago so I don't know how this is even still a discussion.

Also got these from Amazon. Nothing worth complaining about with mine but between the two I think Wasp just came out better. This is mostly because Ant-Man is lacking in the accessories department. The doofus smile Paul Rudd head looks nice and is a notable stand-out compared to the more subdued expressions the other performer based heads tend to use so that's cool but some alt hands would've been nice too. One thing I wish each figure had was a small shrunk down version of themselves (or their partner).

Great pics.

I'll tell you what doesn't suck...2018's Marvel Legends. I'm so pleased with everything we have and are getting later in the year. The only characters that didn't get figures that I wanted were Klaue, M'Baku, Shuri, War Machine, Wong, Iron Fist, Ebony Maw, and Corvus Glaive. We may still the latter two, but I'm pleased with this year's offerings.

I know that was random, just trying to keep things positive. We all love Marvel Legends, right?

I could definitely see us getting Morph. I could see him being one of the characters they decide to go all out with accessories-wise.

Agree. With the rate they're coming out, it feels like we're bound to get nearly everyone we can imagine eventually.

Two of the best Marvel Legends released this year. My one stupid gripe is I wish they included smaller versions of Ant-Man & The Wasp. I feel weird having her posed in my collection with her wings at her normal size. I haven't seen the film yet, so who knows, but like a said a stupid gripe.

Like, double like, and triple like! I have the Juggernaut Wave Deadpool scheduled for delivery this week, and the latest X-Men Wave on pre-order.

And then I have a lot more catching up to do - because I'm remembering just how much I used to dig these things :D

Have fun, all!

So they published the amount of 50 issues. She's currently not on #50 of her series. Especially when it clearly says #30. You want to count mini series do as you please. Still doesn't make her Marvel's bread and butter.

Once again because you always feel the need to debate about things like this, comichron is your friend.... numbers don't lie.

Just gonna jump in here, don't care either way about this debate. Issue 31 pictured above has the legacy numbering of 50 right under the 31.

Now that my financial situation is a bit more stable, I've finally actually preordered some MLs instead of just trying to find 'em at a discount. I preordered the whole X-wave (plus 2 extra Molecule Men), Spider-Ham, and Doc Ock. The rest of the Monster Venom and Sp//dr waves I'll just try to search for.

My only criticism this year would just be the poor distribution of the Spider-Man waves. Otherwise they've been knocking it out of the park.

True. That and quality control, a little bit. I've mostly gotten good QC, but it does sound like it's been a slight bit iffier than in the past for a number of people.

Lets not forget the poor distribution of the cull wave which is fastbecoming as scarce as the abominaton and space venom wave,

Does Rom count?;)

Tim 06-17-2018 05:55 PM

Why is the always a damn argument going on in here? Lol I mean for shit sake if you don’t like a character doesn’t mean they’re terrible no one is making you buy/read their comics so why complain?

I wish, but unfortunately, since Rom is technically owned by Hasbro, if we're gonna get a 6 inch figure of him, it's probably not gonna be in Marvel Legends; probably won't get one until Hasbro decides to do a 6 inch line for one of their own properties.

Hey, there's an idea. Maybe if they don't see potential in just a 6-inch G.I.Joe line, maybe they could do a catch-all line for all their properties like that; Joe, Visionaries, MASK, Action Man, etc.

hasbroherofan 06-17-2018 06:18 PM

If we're talking purely obscure then, I doubt we're gonna see a lot of the teen X-Men characters. Hell we still haven't gotten many of the big ones like Sunspot, Dani Moonstar or any of the Gen X kids other than Jubilee.

I would say we should get a New Mutants boxset, but considering how that'd likely be an exclusive of some kind, and thus probably some extent of harder-to-get-than-it-should-be, I'd rather us get them individually, even if it takes a bit longer. Hope they start getting them out soon, though.

Starlord67 06-17-2018 06:45 PM

I'm holding out hope that the future "X-Waves" will start adding Alpha Flight characters. I really want the classic team !! I know there plenty of X-men still to be made...but early Alpha Flight ROCKS!

Alpha dlight should have its on wave. And just cause ya know they have to throw a core character in there give use the black and gold team x wolverine. He can be the baf less fig since hed have to come loaded with weapons....AND NO BLOODY STUPID ASS NERF GUNS! :D

hasbroherofan 06-17-2018 06:50 PM

At the very least, you think we'd have gotten Northstar by now.

Is anyone else unable to pre-order at Gamestop? I keep trying Magneto but I guess he's already sold out.

At very least there needs to be a non exclusive Magik, updated Cannonball and a Moonstar and Sunspot. I know Wolfsbane is popular but I couldn't care less about her, and even less about Magma and Karma.

Synch, and Monet from Generation X would make me happy, along with a mass release of Jubilee even though I have the BAF.

Elixir, Dust and Hellion from the New X-Men and after that I really could care less, none of the last decades plus characters have interested me except for, ironically, the characters Bendis created that no one else has used except for Goldballs. I really don't need such IMO awful characters like Eye Boy and Shark Girl to disgrace my shelves, whenever we get them.

Edit: seconded/Thirded on Northstar. Even if none of the rest of Alpha Flight gets made we need to get a Northstar as he has made up a few X-Men line ups. Though I'd prefer them all of course.

FOr really obscure characters though: Fixx, Archer and Greystone from the last year-ish of the original X-Factor run. I wouldn't mind them but it's not like I care if they don't get made either....
Another edit: OMG Fixx and Archer actually have their own wikipedia pages. Maybe they're not as obscure as I thought.

I would've loved tiny versions of them like the 10th pack is getting as well.

I found myself searching and then looking at that big Ant-man figure as well. I may get it on sale at some point.

I've noticed occasionally that the store stock search stops letting you have them hold figures for you, but at least in my experience it's when they get down to a really low total of ML figures in that store.
