I can't wait to get Deathstroke and do something epic. I also already have an idea of Black Adam slaughtering some Skrulls while saying "who's that mar-vell you're taliking about?" :)

And also, for helping fellow Arkers, the exact name of the Gi Joes knock-offs is:
WORLD PEACEKEEPERS
http://phryz.com/7525-5258-thickbox/...gure-3-3-4.jpg
It seems that they're from a UK maker, but here in France they're awfully expensive... very far from the 15$ everyone else paid them.

nice pics greg, and those peace keeper sets are pretty expensive,we got them here also, they have the blackhawk,F-16,and a ton of stuff perfect for 3.75" acba.id get some but the price puts me off :(

Quick question for my fellow arkers:
A friend of mine is in Chicago now and will move to E3 At Los Angeles convention center in a few days and he asked me if I needed anything while he's there.
Do you know any good spots for scoring marvel figures in these towns? Any hint would be very appreciated ;)

Frank N Sons which is in the City of Industry, probably 30 minutes away from LA without traffic of course :) The prices varies though, but you're def paying more then retail, they'll def have a lot of Marvel there. Pay in cash no need to pay tax and you may be able to haggle with some of the Vendors. They're only opened Wed and Sat though.

Aw dammit. Now I gotta buy the set so that I get the squirrel and Deep himself, after spending all that dough on the Chinese "release".

bmorr 06-06-2013 02:25 PM

I can't believe that figure is 30 plus on ebay...I passed on that figure one time at Walmart, glad I picked it up from an Arker here at a reasonable price!

joefan76 06-06-2013 04:24 PM

Ugh just when I thought I'd only be spending 150 or so

Snowflakian 06-06-2013 05:25 PM

Yay Deadpool corps!

Glad to see Hasbro and Marvel bringing some character flair to SDCC.
I loved the thunderbolts set and all that, but it just didn't really fill that natural flair or playfulness they usually have.

Looks like a revision to me anyways.

Which fig is more HTF... Angel or Nova? And since they are re-releasing Nova in that revision case then (at least for the moment) Angel will be the most HTF fig from that wave then? I have yet to see Angel... so far he is the only recent MU fig I haven't seen yet.

ChuckSass 06-06-2013 07:33 PM

Honestly I used to love dead pool in the 90s and he's a little overdone now but man that packaging is so dope I would buy those guys and never open them... Actually yes I would but I would keep the packaging.

I passed on that figure every time I saw in the store and still don't regret it.

Angel, Nova, and puck are one per case. I only saw them once at tru. I'd agree with you on angel being more rare since nova will be rereleased in the rhino wave.

At first I wasn't too stoked on the DP corp but with all of the loaded accessories and cool box packaging its a win for me. Someone else pointed it out to me but deadpool has arm floaties. Lol.
