I don't expect she will but I hope she is. I am always for female villains getting made.

I'd be down for a Ghost figure in MCU style. Her design is pretty fantastic, and while her motivations didn't compel me one way or the other, I enjoyed her as an antagonist in her own right.

As long as she's articulated enough to hit nice fight scene poses, and maybe includes some alternate translucent/phasing hands. She doesn't even need an alternate 'unmasked' head, IMO, but I wouldn't argue against one either.

Make a 3 pack with janet, hank and ghost. Any excuse to get michelle pfiefer as a figure.....;)

hasbroherofan 07-09-2018 11:50 AM

Ghost will be included in a two pack with Ant-Man wearing a new hat.

Can we get a hat wobble?

I think when I get mine, I'll also get an extra Infinity War Cap to customize into a better proportioned/bulked-out Civil War Cap to slap the new heads from the 2-pack onto.

Eventually.

When I learn how to do minor sculpting.

Or paint.

Trying to avoid spoilers here but have you seen the concept art for Avengers 4?

To avoid spoilers (not that there's many spoilers involved in the scene I'm discussing anyway), I'm just gonna say her time on the motorcycle is very brief and not really integral to the character; if we're gonna do an MCU Legendary Rider, I'd think Nat with her motorcycle from Age of Ultron, WWII Cap with his bike from First Avenger, or civilian Cap with his bike from Winter Soldier would be better choices.

Damn, now I need some Avengers in civilian clothing.

I'd be down for a new First Avenger Cap, assuming Hasbro would either retool the original to fix the problems or make a new figure.

New waves of Legends pop up for minutes, het sold out, then rarely get restocked. You would think they'd have a way to allocate more figures to the website, and they could even restock older waves (the Warlock wave popping up at Walmart again would probably sell just as well if not better on thier website of it was more collector friendly). Hell, make it like a good version of Mattycollector and only stock collector's toys, lord knows people that wanna buy a Mr. Potato Head for their kids or a Nerf gun are just gonna go to Amazon for the cheapest price anyway :D

Hasbro lists 62 major brands on their website. Why would they put in time, money, and effort to make a website that caters only to 3 sublines that fall under 3 of their major brands? Say what you will about Nerf, but it's been around a lot longer than any Marvel toy line from any company. And if a brand has the ability be around for 50 years, then it's at the very least a reliable seller. Why wouldn't Hasbro want a reliable seller on their website? Also, everyone likes to save money.

Black Arbor 07-09-2018 01:54 PM

Well you'd still think with how well Legends are doing that the bean counters would at least see it and would consider setting up a collector-based sub site, and that they'd keep a larger stock of figures on hand haha. Again, I have little idea of the ins and outs of online stores but I would think it was feasible, especially if Mattel could do it (albeit pretty poorly)

Yeah, but when that gets a figure, to make that into Civil War Cap would require more resculpting on the chest and shoulders than with Infinity War Cap.

hasbroherofan 07-09-2018 02:15 PM

I wonder if Hasbro would ever consider made-to-order Legends figures like Tamashii Nations does with the S.H. Figuarts line.

I think HasLab is kinda that to some extent, but mostly for larger things and with the minimum threshold for production.

They are called Customs. Lol.

I think by "made-to-order", they more meant they should specifically make as many as they get pre-orders for, no more, no less, not that each figure would be custom made.

I get your point. Is it really that hard to sequester off a niche segment of your business and service it through the website you already run? Head scratcher.

Dose anyone have a spare Deadpool shoulder strap that has the double sword sheaths?

Well, what I was thinking was that if the IW Cap gets retooled into Avengers 4 Cap, you might be able to part swap between the two figures to get a CW Captain America without having to sculpt as much or having to rebuy the Crossbones 2 pack. There are a lot of assumptions with this idea but your custom might be easier to create if everything works out.

I get what you mean, but I think the only parts I'd need from the Avengers 4 costume that the Infinity War costume doesn't have are the forearms and hands. Although, thinking about the paint as well, what with the dirtiness of Cap's Infinity War costume, you might be more right then I initially thought...

Who knows Dorksides Screen Name on the Fwoosh unless he is here that I am unaware of. Just want to follow the eta of the Xmen wave.

Robb 07-10-2018 02:49 AM

I believe it is dorksidetoys.

Captain Nash 07-10-2018 07:27 AM

It looks like from discussions on Fwoosh the X-Men wave wont' get to Dorkside this week. Hopefully next week. It's ironic there has been SO. MUCH. PRODUCT. this year but the two waves I'm looking forward to most are two of the last three waves (that we know of anyways). It's agonizing on a first world problems sort of sense.

Nostalgic 07-10-2018 10:36 AM

For anyone keep an eye out, I saw the X-Men wave on the shelf at Target in CT.

Nice! Did you get any? I need to stay off Fwoosh because I am getting anxiety over so many people finding them and the Deadpo---er SAURON wave and I like so many others are just waiting.

I didn’t, but only because I have them pre ordered from Dorkside. This is the first wave where I want every figure, so I was excited to purchase them all together. It was great seeing them in person, I’m really liking what I saw!

I know what you mean though, I check Walgreens a couple times a week for the Thing and Silver Surfer. I know they aren’t due it yet, but some people are finding them. I don’t want to miss out. There are Invisible Woman figures all over the place, but I’ve never see Human Torch or Reed Richards after the initial stock.

Totally agree. I have been asking for years why Hasbro does not actually leverage the power they have with their site. It seems like so much wasted opportunity that is just sitting there untapped.

Wow, I just realized how long it has been since I have been here. Hope all is well with everyone. Just received my pre-ordered Hydra goons from Entertainment Earth yesterday. I totally forgot I ordered these LOL.
