Took the survey, told them I am unlikely to buy a figure priced at $25. I was pleasantly surprised to see a question about dioramas on there. I hope people are voting no on the chase/variant figure thing, though, because that's just asking to be scalped.

And now we got these running changes. They're almost the same, I mean the green head Mysterio that everyone wanted the white head is now nearing 100 bucks

I would love a return of diorama bases if Hasbro is gonna jack up the price of the Legends. Or even just selling separate diorama and backdrop pieces. Other companies already do this, after all.

Hasbro is raising legends prices for basic figs above 20 bucks? They do and im done.

The new Archangel already costs 35 dollars... and he only comes with 3 extra heads... one more than Multiple Man who is regular price. The hit monkey Archangel was regular price too.

On Archangel.
When you start seeing tiered pricing, it means Hasbro is testing the waters on the fans. It's a straight repaint, with repainted heads essentially and a claw. |
Got my shipping notice from eBay and my Deadpool 2 Wave will be here on Wed.
Maybe Ill get my shipping Notice from Dorkside Tomorrow. |

Seems like they are toying with the idea of no BAF’s. Bad move IMO.

Time for a little pictorial appreciation. My first BAF since I started back up: The Unstoppable Juggernaut!
https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1778/...1e548335_b.jpg I gotta say, I really dig this thing. Have fun, all! |
^ I love my BAF Juggernaut too! I know a lot of people prefer the Marvel Select version, but I like the heavy feel of the plastic on the BAF Juggernaut... such an awesome toy.

I made it pretty clear that I'd be out at 25, but my preference at 20 was face printing, lots of accessories and no BAF part.
I realized the other day when someone asked, I've really completed 2 BAFs in the last 2 and a half years, so clearly the BAFs aren't doing it for me. |

If BAFs go to the wayside they same characters will likely be available at an extra cost. They won't stop producing larger figures and characters, no way.
Some could even budget some smaller BAFs into the regular line. That I the route where we get more stuff in the long run. I don't see them dropping BAFs though. They sell so many figures many of us would skip just for that BAF part. The amount of King Cobra, Songbird, and Taskmasters I saw sold for little to nothing when that wave was popular was insane. |

There's also the retail element as well. Without that it's gonna be harder to get stores to take a chance on waves stocked with lesser known characters, especially if they stop tying them to movies (I don't think that's what Hasbro is doing but I've seen some speculation that the 10th anniversary stuff could be them testing the waters to see about just going an all movie/TV line). |
