I try to repress the memories of those toys. I mean I really hope Im wrong and they continue with the batman legacy line

Saw the Robin/Joker pack today. Almost bought it, but since I would prefer the DC Direct Robin and already own the Arkham Asylum Joker, I passed.

Where did you see it?

I want that one.

LXL_Guy 10-13-2011 12:11 PM

Is the Robin Arkham City or what exactly?

Love the DCD Arkham Joker, but I figured I'd pick up the Legacy version since I don't have any DCD figs (just DCUC), and thought the scale might be better for my collection with the Legacy version.

The DCD Askham Joker is going for $30 on Amazon and eBay, which is the same price of the two pack in stores.

Fortune 10-13-2011 12:20 PM

It is the Arkham City Robin. I saw it Wednesday at my LCS but they wanted 50$ so I passed

Saw it at my local Walmart. They had two of those and two of the Batman/Police Joker pack.

I just couldn't spend $30 on a set, and then buy the same character as a DC Direct figure later. He looked nice, as did Joker, but since I didn't buy the first Arkham 2-pack, I didn't see the need to buy the second.

Yeah that makes sense. I just really like the Robin and don't intend to but the DCD one but may buy the DCD joker. We shall see what I decide. At this point I consider taking a break from DC after I finish wave 19

The Arkham City Nightwing resulted in a joygasm. That figure is so bought.

DogFashionDisco 10-13-2011 01:59 PM

I think I like the new Legacy version of Harley Quinn over the DCUC one, I might pick it up to go with my Arkham Joker.

Fortune 10-13-2011 03:21 PM

Arkham Nightwing and Harley Quinn are instant buys for me. They look fantastic!

I didn't know that the AC Joker/Robin 2 pack had been released already, anyone have any (new) pics?

I haven't found any. In package, Robin looked great. Crisp paint apps. Lack of accessories made me sad though. Joker was kinda meh, mainly because it seemed like they just smeered red paint on his face for his post-Titan wounds.

He is not the same mold.

Here's a pic of them in the store:

Could somebody pick me up the Cop Joker and Batman 2 pack? I really need to complete my Movie Masters collection.

I'd just be patient. I imagine it will pegwarm, just like the Gordon/Survival Suit Bruce is.

It will be a pegwarmer. Very few people have any interist in that at all.

RexLewis85 10-13-2011 05:19 PM

Whether it pegwarms or not is not the issue...I don't get to go out to stores very much anymore, so I'll probably never see it in the wild.

LXL_Guy 10-14-2011 01:49 PM

Was at Wal-Mart and stumbled across the Arkham City Robin/Joker 2 Pack. I gotta say Robin doesn't look bad at all. Joker on the other hand...I'm not too fond of the face sculpting on the figure. Was tempted to pick up for Robin but put it down for now. Why couldn't he have been a single release figure?!

Im just afraid of scaling issues :/ I really need a robin for my DCUC shelf but scale is a big issue with me. I may look at the YJ one some more or get the old DCSH one
