He’s def out. I am in Illinois and have spotted him three times this week in store.
They may just be a little timid on flooding the stores since so many of them still have previous exclusives in large numbers.

I’m hitting the Walgreens around me daily, but no Surfer. Shelves are full of old waves and none on discount. I’m not encouraged so far, but he’ll turn up soon enough I suppose.

Yup saw 3 at first Walgreens I went to today, grabbed one. Then another 4 at the second.

I went to 3 Walgreens today and still no surfers at all. It's odd as usually I have no issue finding the newest figure.

Boy do I love the new Thing figure. I know some people were mad about the lack of upper bicep swivel, but I never thought of Ben as a particularly flexible guy.

Gonna say something unpopular...but I hope they never make Strong Guy as a BAF. I've always detested that character. Regular figure, maybe...but not a BAF.

So ThinkGeek ALWAYS comes in clutch. Went out to the mall today hoping to find some new Legends and lo and behold, I see a lone Typhoid Mary on the pegs. When I get to the register, the guy asks me if there were any other Legends I was looking for. I told him I wanted to get Scream, so he checked the computer and found only one in the back that a customer had preordered, but since the customer hadn't come in to pick it up and it had been past the 48 hour holding limit, that Scream was mine for the taking.

They also had a few Ultimate Rider Logans, Spider-Hams, some Thor/Sif 2-packs, Ronan, and the Thanos/Iron-Man/Strange 3-pack. Definitely the spot to visit if you're hunting for new Legends.

I really like how the unmasked X-23 Wolverine head looks on the X-force X-23 body, but that headsculpt really reminds me of the girl from the movie Paper Towns.

Hey hey Rocket, you better watch your mouth when you speak towards Lord Freeza. Lord Freeza is so badass his armies still follow his command despite him being dead for nearly 15 years to the point that they went and resurrected him just so he could lead them again. Not to mention he's made God of Destructions tremble.
