Nice, I picked up Avalanche yesterday, I think he's by far the fastest LB hero I've ever gotten with very few dupes, lost track, but I didn't have to fill up the bar all the way to get a comic so that's pretty good IMO. Also finished the SO today as well which is great, now I just collect over the weekend and come back playing on Monday to try and 5 star the rest of this SO and weapon farm.

Got both Cannonball and Avalanche during the week. I agree that it didn't take as many lockboxes this time around to get him like it did the last hero.

Combine the lockbox luck with my roulette luck and I can forget about any luck come next PVP season. Hellooooooooooo gold!!!

I Am Groot, dang he's nice and tall, although wished they didn't put his costume on him, prefer him as just a good ol tree.

Need to ask a stupid question. . .it used to be that once a day the game would offer up sending a gift to like 23 random people. It's not doing that anymore. Did they remove that, or did I break that function somehow?

I love Tacts and Infls, so I'm happy with him and I also picked up Bruiser DP, gonna try the 2 XF heroes route.

Yeah, this was good. I was kinda surprised that there was no group boss, but that's a minor nitpick.

I hit 1000 Iso super early in he SO so if I am not too tired I should be able to get Star Lord late tonight. After loving the movie so much I may just go ahead and muscle on through tonight and get him!

Eh next SO will probably have it :P I'm sure they'll be a good break with the next on too, seeing how this one was dropped so fast.

Star Lord is awesome

He pairs really well with Rocket. Tons of counter-attacks/follow-ups/extra turns.

Yeah, RR by himself is eh, you have to skip a full turn if you want to use his 4th power set which isn't even that great. Maybe in PVP it's better.

True. I wanted to ask this, leethax player's vs wallet warriors, if it is or what not, is the worse offender? WW IMO just cause they buy up the latest and greatest for their PVP armory.

WW by a mile. Leethax isn't a big deal to me. It's available to all if they want it and doesn't do anything that would normally cost money in the game.

But nothing frustrates me more than getting killed before one round is over and then looking at a player to see his armory filled with premium weapons.

Wallet Warriors are waaaaay worse. Using lethax gives no real advantage except I dont have to click "collect and resend all" I actually level up waaaay fast using actual battles instead of flight decks anyway. Even if lethax gave an advantage its huuuuuuugley smaller then the mass advantage you get from rapid training heroes to LV14 or having an armory full of 64 gold weapons. Or heck even in armory full of the newest 2gold pvp items. I am an avid player but my pvp armory is currently 99% those blue tubes from the store. The new SO item.

I've beaten both Drax and Rocket's simulator missions, so I have access to their alts (just not the CPs). I like them, especially Rocket's last mission. It took a lot of thought, but it was cool to beat it once I figured it out, especially since it's how I normally use Rocket.

How did you beat it? Having a hard time with that one. Drax I finally beat but I waited till I had his last power set unlocked.

I can't beat the last round for Rocket :/. As for Drax I still need to level him up.

Somehow I beat the last round for Rocket today using the only sim charge that I had. I have no idea how PD decided how to make the sim recharge but it's so freaking absurd. With Gamora and Groot challenge coming up soon, I don't even know if it's enough time to clear it all.

It's tricky to beat that last challenge. When I beat it, Rocket was lvl 12 and had the Generosity and Collateral Damage Isos.

For me, the challenge was making sure that you had all 5 ammo rounds and near full stamina at the end of the first fight. One thing to keep in mind is that Melt Armor lasts for 2 rounds.
