It was gifted to me, otherwise I would have held out a bit longer. I recommend it to anyone who likes LEGOs, or kind of likes LEGOs and wants a cool DC piece for their collection.

I really dig those Marvel vs. Capcom figures. Slightly off topic, but for anyone thats into Watchmen, there is a Mini-mates set of the 6 main characters going for $10 buy it now with $5 shipping on eBay. I wanted to order some but can't justify any extra expenses right now.

I got it mainly for red hulk. I wanted morrigan too. My team consists of her, dante and akuma. So just need a mini mate of him. Zero is an exceptional mini mate. He's just sturdy and looks awesome. i have the normal coloring of him from the magneto two pack

Cool, you seem pretty intense about those characters so I'm glad you found the figures of them. I always loved the Marvel vs. Capcom concept, but I only liked playing it in the arcade. Trying to play those games on a console against die-hards is like taking a kick to the nuts. I just can't win, haha.

Ditto on the Arcade for UMvsC 3, I even was collecting the minimates for them, but then I realize how many and how pricey they were going to be, even had the SDCC version that I got on Ebay for 15.00 with Ship, but I decided to sell off my collection of them, and used the $$$ towards my MU and Transformers instead...Although when they make the X-23 one I'll def. get that one!!!

dude, me too. My buddy plays online a lot. I'm stuck on like 5th lord. Some people are just insane about that stuff. Having a fight stick is key also. I wont pay for one, as i'd rather have more games :)

It's crazy to see this same epic figure photographed by someone from so far away, but it is great that you like it as much as I did/do. The Silver Surfer is very under-appreciated too, as he is the best version released so far IMHO.

Congrats, I got that final 4 figure wave still MOC, I should open them, just can't bare to open them, part of it is the rarity of finding them and the time it took me to get them, I kinda want to keep Mandarin MOC and see in 10 years what he goes for lol.

idk what i'm gonna do with my ultimate iron man. i'd definitely trade him for mandarin though. though most people have him. he was just too rare to pass up. Went hunting for peterparker and ended up with a shit load of cars and a new iron man

True, you're probably correct.

I'm guessing that the entire 3.75" Marvel Series isn't going to be worth d*ck 4-5 years after Hasbro stops producing them. Look at the 90's X-Men figures. Anyone in the market for a Professor X or Beast MOC of those? They were awesome at the time, and everyone loved them while that was going on, but now we have something different, and some would argue better. The same thing is going to happen with these current lines. So if you really want to get the value out of your rare figures, either play with them like you want to, or sell them while the getting's good.

It's a bit of a harsh reality, but I believe it to be absolute truth. Just imagine what the figures will be like in 10 years. No one is going to want these older, then 'crappier' versions when they can have the newest.
