Would love to hear what you think about it, further in and I'm even more impressed. The story goes in some nutty directions.
Oh! And you can get a black suit, someone makes it for you, though it takes a bit of doing. It looks fantastic, though. It's not the symbiote suit, but I'll take it.

Also the roster may be different, but this may be the coolest the Sinister Six have ever looked. These are the interpretations I want in my Spidey Legends waves. Especially Rhino and Scorpion, holy crap.

@BrownFinger I’ve watched the first two episodes and it’s a vast improvement so far. But it still could be shit later on to be fair.

It's good. Off the top of my head, things to note:


- Danny is more likable overall. Still kind of shitty at the whole "vigilante" thing but he's at least self-aware this time and learns to get better over time. And it's balanced out by him being a bit closer to Danny in the comics (though not fully).

- Colleen is probably the MVP of the season. You could honestly argue that the show is as much about her as it is Danny. I don't want to spoil anything but she kicks so much ass and she's probably gonna be kicking even more ass going forward.

- Davos is a more compelling villain than ANY of the villains from the first season. I think a lot of that comes from the fact that he can basically be summed up as an unhinged, less compassionate version of Danny, and that actually reflects Danny's own personal growth throughout the season.

- Ward continues to be one of the best acted and consistently interesting characters of the show.

- Typhoid Mary is.....interesting. I liked her in the show, but she never goes all-out crazy like I was expecting her too. Fortunately for us, they've only just set the groundwork for her character.

- One of the BEST parts of this season: no more boardroom antics. They've pretty much phased that part of the show out entirely and the entirety of the plot of the second season revolves around Chinatown and the rivalry between the two gangs within it, with Davos as a wildcard.

- Misty gets a lot more screen time than I was expecting. I thought it'd be like the Heroes for Hire episode of Luke Cage where she shows up for an episode or two, but nope....Misty is in damn near half of the season (or at least it feels like it), and I love it because she's probably my favorite supporting character/ally of any of these shows (Hasbro needs to give her a damn Legend). And there's actually quite a few scenes of the Daughters of the Dragon kicking ass together.

- Unfortunately, Danny doesn't ever really rock an all-out Iron Fist attire. I don't really mind, because I like his "street vigilante" look as a more grounded look, since it's at least visually distinct, unlike "a jacket". The white suit you see is limited strictly to flashbacks. But without spoiling anything, it doesn't seem like him rocking the classic mask is totally out of the question.

- The ending actually has me super hyped for Season 3. All I'm gonna say is it rhymes with "Coursin' Handle".

Actually, I wasn't being confrontational. I was just stating that I wouldn't go to a discussion board if I wanted to just search for everything on a search engine. My bad if it sounded like I was though.

Also, I didn't know Five Below was a store, and I'm betting if I did a search without knowing it was a store I would get weather related stuff. :p

2 things happened today:

1. I found IW wave 2 wave at a Target, to my shock, and picked up Ant-Man.

2. Went to a different store, and saw the box for Black Widow, only to take it off the peg and discover that someone pulled the ol' bait-and-switch and stuck the kiddie figure in and put the Rhino BAF in instead. I was pissed. I'd seen pics of this all the time on here, but this is the first time I've discovered it in person. Employees need to be more vigilant with exchanges.

So one last post about the Spider-Man game, and then I will definitely probably shut up. Something I noticed they did, and it wasn't a necessary addition, but it demonstrates Insomniac's attention to detail. I repeated a short section in the city after completing it, and the dialogue is identical, but delivered in two entirely different ways depending on whether or not Spider-Man is exerting himself. Meaning, swinging around or fighting. You can hear it in his voice, and it differs from when he is standing absolutely still.
I dunno, it's subtle but it kinda blew me away. Those polished little details add up.

I can finally have relaxed-ish Cyclops that doesn't look like he's either firing his optic blast or getting ready to have fun time with Jean.

I think this is only the second set of Marvel Legends they've had. Before GotG, it was the Onslaught wave. In any case, I wouldn't pass up newly released figures that you really want, hoping they'll end up at 5 below.

No problems with the legs falling off but I got a suited Bruce Banner that seems to have one leg longer than the other.

I ran into the same thing. Decided to ask an employee. Turns out they didn't even bother putting them on the pegs. They had the entire wave at the bottom of a barrel filled with Beauty and the Beast dolls.
