Overall, the figure looks nice, although the silver paint has rubbed off at the top of his arm where it meets the shoulder on his left side, so it looks kind of weird when you stare at it up close.

My only nitpick is the surf board. I have to praise Toy Biz on this aspect as I really like the magnet concept they did compared to the peg Hasbro used as it means I can place SS anywhere on his board without an issue. With Hasbro's, I have to turn the board backwards if I want him to be standing close to the front (Or is that the front? It seems to change depending on the artist). Not to mention that unless you have the board flat on the ground, he loosk like he is trying to surf on one leg.

Nevertheless, this is hands down the best Silver Surfer figure to date! I just wished they could perfect the surf board aspect.

It is $99 before tax on Amazon. The one I ordered for $66 after tax is not bad. It was available again yesterday but I didn’t look in time. If I get another set I’ll sign up for their Amazon credit card to get $50 off. Yes I think the set will also be available at Target.

Thing in particular....man, he might just be the best Marvel Legend of 2018. Him, Silver Surfer and Wolverine are in close competition but I might just give the edge to ol' Ben here.

Yeah I have 2 Archangels and 4 of the Aim Soldier pack reserved at Gamestop and they are all due on Oct 1st. Which means they will show up sometime the week after the 1st, Good thing I have a paycheck before then.

And...he's okay. He looks awesome but he's kinda hard to move around. Rather stiff.

Magneto is okay. I like the costume but I need to get him a cloth cape. Hate the plastic one.

Same happened to me with Surfer. I "successfully" ordered, only to see Walgreens cancel the order about a week later. I'm not concerned, though. I've spotted multiple Surfers at every Walgreens I've popped into in recent weeks. I'm sure it'll be the same with Thing shortly. And Magik when she's available, and (possibly/supposedly) Mystique.

^ For me it is a problem if the previous fig is unpopular like how few people bought Ant-man or Medusa where I am at... it made finding the next figures harder. But I'm pretty sure people will be buying up all the Surfers and Things... Magik might not be as popular though.
