It's about the best we can do anyway since Hasbro seems allergic to giving us more New Mutants to go with Warlock.

That’d be a instant buy! The more x characters the better.

Speaking of x men. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Marvel-Lege...MAAOSwYsBbwMjr This is pretty cool and intense at the same time haha.

Isn’t BP wave 2 slated for a November release or December? Because preorders should be happening soon hopefully

Augustus_Cole 10-12-2018 01:27 PM

if anyone needs MCU Wasp i have one for trade or for sale.
I needed one for the longest, and ended up with two.

Got my Walgreen Magik today so no worries on soaking the head and then squishing it down on the neck... also did a pop-n-plug arm swap

https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1917/...9842da86_k.jpgHead swap test 2 by lowanbing, on Flickr

Captain Nash 10-12-2018 03:31 PM

that is decent Bo Tef! A little high on the neck still but passable. Think I'm going for Standard Magik and a kid-friendly Darkchilde (SDCC version).

Bo Ttef 10-12-2018 03:39 PM

it can squish down more- i think any lower starts to turn her into "Vinnie No-Neck" lol I'll cut the hair things off and call this my go-to Magik!

Bo Ttef 10-12-2018 05:00 PM

pulled off the head wings, brightened up her arm and tossed her in the NM/XF shelf

A little while back, I posted how many Chinese sellers on eBay we're putting out soft good clothing specifically sized for your Marvel Legends figures, including a nice replica of the prison uniform that Juggernaut wore in Deadpool 2.

I saw something else in the guy's list of items that interested me and decided to take a chance. It finally arrived today and I'm quite happy with the purchase and thought I would share with all of you.

https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1978/...5486cc_o_d.jpg

While I liked the head sculpt on the original Age of Ultron Hulk, I was honestly never a fan of the figure because I always hated those Avengers labeled pants that he was wearing. Lo and behold this seller had and outfit consisting of shredded pants and shirt and upon seeing it on the demo figure in the auction, I thought it might be a good look.

Needless to say I am 100% happy with my purchase and maybe even more so because I now have a newfound love of this figure that I never had before. Much to my surprise, the shirt and the pants while simply done, are really well done. They are made of a clingy, spandex type material, and they stretch really well over the figure to fit securely and stay there. I was worried that they might rip while attempting to put them on, but not a single seam tore and even after removing the shirt a few times, there's no signs of stress on the material or thread. Best of all, the pants do not hinder the articulation in any way, although they do tend to get snagged in between the gaps of the Hulk's thigh joints on occasion. Best of all, they cover up that horribly sculpted and bland painted pair of pants this figure originally had.

A couple of things to note, the pants are actually gray, not purple like they appear in the picture. That would be the magic of filters. The seller did have this outfit with purple pants however if that's the look you're going for. I also thought that the shirt could have used a few more holes, so I did so on my own.

As a bonus, the seller even threw in a brown pleather jacket free of charge. It looks like it may have been a defect, as the back of the jacket was a bit unevenly cut, however I was able to quickly find use for it.

I had to remove the wrist cuffs on Cyclops to get it on him, however it fits him really well while hindering the articulation only slightly. On the bummer side, it damages a little easy, so you have to remember to not use your fingernails when putting it on to the figure and pulling it up. Otherwise, it's a great throw back to the days when Toy Biz would include cloth goods and pleather coats over sculpts with many of their figures.

I might have to see about getting a Nick Fury/Gambit trenchcoat.

How easy was it to pop and swap the arms?

I’m not a fan of soft goods by any means, but that Hulk does look good.

Pretty easy. I was worried that the FC buck may have still been using the disc vs the peg inside- but a let it soak a bit and it popped out fine. The peg is bigger on the end though, so I did get a little worried it would snap. But it was all good. And the armored arm plugged right into the hole.

Does anyone need a Wal-Mart Thanos?

I impulse bought him today but realized I couldn't spare the money. He's been opened, messed around with for about 10 minutes and put back in box. Cost plus shipping.

Cool! Might try this if I find magik, and an extra Marvel Girl

So apparently Netflix Iron Fist has been cancelled....I'm kinda upset because I think the show was headed in a decent direction

Agreed! Almost everything about the show had improved from the first season, and the last episode had some major hooks for a third season. On top of that, the show had gotten a lot more critical praise... and we're only a month out from its debut. So, seriously, what's the reasoning behind this decision? Because I'm not seeing it.

jwyss234 10-13-2018 03:30 PM

Got this guy in the mail today. I already like him more than the SM2 Ultra Poseable Spiderman figure.

Marvel could continue Iron Fist's story on the Disney streaming service or Netflix could do a Heroes for Hire show.

In other MCU news, Spiderman is getting a new costume.

Looks a lot like the S.H.I.E.L.D. Spider-Man suit and Alex Ross' rejected movie design.

Those ToyBiz era movie figures still hold up so great.

With the "Riders" series I keep hoping for a Dani Moonstar and Brightwind set. I mean Hasbro could surely find lots of uses for an articulated winged horse mold somewhere in their toy properties. Paint it pink and call it a My Little Pony!
