Suit bodies Legends figures like Coulson, Chameleon, and Banner used to flood eBay on the cheap, but collectors have since figured out how versatile they are for customs, which has since caused the prices on the secondary market to jump. Even the Chinese KO bootlegs of these figures command high prices. WWE figures can be used in a pinch, but unfortunately they are out of scale with Legends. Basic figures though also lack the articulation that Legends have, and the Elite figures with full articulation that are bearing suits often are some of the more pricey ones. DC's Movie Masters line, (which I used to use for customs and covered the Nolan Batman films) which featured a ton of suited characters and have decent articulation, have also jumped in price for some inexplicable reason. A few years ago, you could find Joker Thugs and Harvey Dent figures for about 10 bucks. Good luck finding one under 25 dollars now a days. Your best bet is to watch the ebay like a hawk, or to find these at local toy expos or flea markets, where you can haggle the price. Eventually, you will get lucky. Just might take a while to get there when army building your syndicate of suited goons. |
We'll be getting a new MCU Nick Fury next year. That might be the easiest/cheapest way to purchase the suit body.

Speaking of characters in plain clothes, Whistler has been a recurring "want" of mine. While most of the cast of the Blade series would also make great additions to a line of movie figures, I think Whistler with his dishevelled hair and shotgun would be an awesome addition to any shelf or collection.

Got my shipping notice for Vintage Wasp from Dorkside! magik aside, which I'm not on any real hurry on since I have the exclusive from several years ago, I'm excited to give my wallet a break for a couple of months.

So...I'm sorry I deleted the messages by accident and don't remember who it was, I picked up my Apocalypse claw today. Love it thanks! Had to let it sit in the PO for a week.
Thanks! |
Yeah, it sucks. I suppose that was a benefit of the Toybiz Legends, we weren't only getting one movie continuity represented.

Does anyone know of a good stand in or easy custom for a Mcu Kingpin/Fisk? Because I definitely need one and doubt Hasbro will give us one

I know the odds are low, but is anyone looking to unload parts for SP//dr or Sauron? Still trying to get both arms and the right leg for SP//dr (I want to get Kaine if I can find him, but I want to finish SP//dr more) and the torso and tail from Sauron (the right arm with Bishop would be nice, but he's already on my 'definitely buy' list)

Once again, if anyone can get me a Magik I’ll pay $32 shipped loose for it. I don’t want the packaging.
