That's an awesome SDCC exclusive. Haven't even heard about it until now.

DogFashionDisco 07-27-2012 12:52 PM

It reminds me of one of the Keaton Batman figures I had as a kid, same gimmick.

Yeah we have a few of those lying around. Like one when you don't put the mask on, but instead you push the head all the way down and then put the mask on top of it, letting the shoulder pads click in. Very bizarre.

I used to soak the Keaton Batman cloth cape into water and lay it flat in the freezer. Then take it out and when the cape is stiff so I could pose the cape flying in the wind.

FancyPants 07-27-2012 01:53 PM

A transformer came with fine china? I'm fine with that. Alfred looks great. I got mine from an arker, I just have to go pick it up at my grandmas house.

Having a little fun with the cape cowl accessory.

does anyone know if the Head sculpt is on the SDCC bruce wayne figure is the same as the head sculpt on the Prototype batman in ski mask? If so I might just do a head swap

Torn Prince 07-27-2012 03:40 PM

Just remembered why I won't buy that Alfred figure. Looks nothing like Michael Cain.

So like union jack t shirts running around in circles being chased by old time policeman to the benny hill theme? Who gets the gold for that. Or a dr who marathon sponsored by rowan atkinsons one man show

That's actually from DC Superheroes (precursor to DCUC). I actually like that better than these with the removable cowls. They never seem to fit right, too loose from the face.

Nah this is way older than that. In the 90's. Plus it's one of those 4 inch figures (such an odd scale to me)

SwindlesShop 07-27-2012 08:46 PM
