This may amount to nothing, or it could. Italy's Lucca Hasbro event has taken place. Puma/6A Spiderman officially shown. but they stated "more to come" for NYTF in February and a few images. One of them was a cover of OG X-Force #1.

I'm so hoping that the X-Force wave has either of mix of Remender's Team, and OG X-FOrce, or just OG X-Force. Outside of Psylocke I can't think of a real reason why I would desperately want anything from Remender's wave and would be very happy if the entire wave was OG X-Force (though I know that wont happen)

They might be making X-Force versions of Scott and/or Jean for the vintage X-Men wave (assuming that we are getting a XM vintage wave). Both could be made using the molds from the Dark Phoenix 2 pack. IIRC, the first wave from The Uncanny X-Men line also had an X-Force version of Cyclops that was a variant of the 70s/80s Cyclops figure that was also in the wave.

Also, let's not ignore the image of the Brotherhood that was also shown on that last slide... the one with Wanda, Pietro, and Toad centered in it...

I know the rumor is Wanda, Pietro and Magneto, but it sure would be nice to get a Mastermind and a Toad. I missed out on the TB Toad and to be honest he was so badly done I never had any desire to try and find him later. I'm sure Hasbro could do better.


Edit: Wanted to add another question. I know that Hasbro gets a ton of questions of "what about *insert character*". I wonder if, aside from ROM, which they've acknowledged due to rights, are there any other characters that are completely off the table for them, for various reasons.

There are advantages to it, and to not. you don't have any control over your paint job, but you are not disappointed by the hunt. I have largely given up the hunt for the last few years thanks to online ordering, be it Amazon or Dorkside. Too much wasted time. I guess I've been lucky too becuase for the most part the paint jobs have been decent - of course I've had a few that weren't but you get that in retail too.

At least with retail you can see the bad paint and defects or mistake ( two left feet, two right hands etc ‘ whereas with online you cant. Ive often said if the online would provide a qay to see the actual product we buy, not just generic stock photos it would probably increase in sales as thats always been my biggest issue.. i hate buying sight unseen just given how bad qc has become in recent years,

I can definitely understand that. Both "the hunt" and "the online ordering" method have their upside and downside.

He looks decent. Glad he got made even if he wasn't on my radar, I know it was for others. I can see them working that into a Sabretooth of some type as well, something different than we got in the Apocalypse wave.

It's honestly amazing how we still haven't had an updated Toad figure. The last one we got was from the very first Marvel Legends wave with ToyBiz, unless there's an X-Men Classics one that I don't recall.


As for a potential X-Force themed wave, I'm hoping it's a combination of OG X-Force and New Mutants, maybe some 90s X-Factor thrown in for good measure. I'm fully expecting them to do Remender X-Force though, since they've been building up to it through the Deadpool waves. I think an updated X-Force Wolverine is inevitable. Would like to see them do a new Fantomex also and it's easy enough for them to do Psylocke in her X-Force look as well. They could also throw in Warpath (though I'd prefer him in his regular colors).


Not sure what they'd do for Archangel though.

Game of Thrones, final season starts in April 2019
Big Bang Theory, final season started this fall, ends in May/April (not sure of the exact date.)


@SymbiSpidey, I'd just as soon they didn't do Archangel. There's really no need, IMO. For Kyle/Yost run maybe Wolverine, Warpath and Wolfsbane, or Remender, we could have Wolverine, Psylocke, Deadpool, maybe Fantomex. For the OG we'd have a ton more, Cannonball, Sunspot, Warpath, Feral, Boom-Boom, Siryn, Rictor. Of course we wouldn't get all of these 7-8 total with a BAF which I would assume would be Warpath.

I'm personally hoping for a good mix of Psylocke, Wolverine, Deadpool, Cannonball, Sunspot, Boom-Boom and Warpath (not sure which version but probably Kyle/Yost version) as BAF. Maybe if we had a 7th figure to make the BAF we'd have Wolfsbane, lucky, or Feral, if we got unlucky.
