Received the Black Series Slave 1 today. Love the updated paint scheme. Tough to find a Boba Fett that fits. Went with the 5POA that out last year. Stand is cool. For the price, they should have put a Boba Fett and 2 Bespin guards.

Hey Slayer, is that the Bandai 3PO? If so, what did you use for weathering? I tried a few techniques on mine. Nothing stuck. Literally.

Hey dude! Yeah it is. I used testors acrylic black wash which stuck so good it ate the gold chrome finish off in some spots. Which I ended up really liking. And on the chest I used a little bit of the Tamiya weathering kit, oil.

TNI has pics up of Black Series Zeb and word is he’ll go up for preorder at 3pm ET today. According to TNI the shots come from CNET but I couldn’t find the original story.

Yakface also posted a couple of news articles suggesting that we’ll see some preorders go live today. They also teased some package shots of upcoming figures like ESB Vader and beskar Mando. Maybe we’ll see preorders for them today as well.
