I hear you there regarding the Shadow King. I might just try to get the BAF parts off users here or eBay if necessary. But at least I would only need to buy 5 doubles instead of all 7 if it ends up going that way.

How about the legs from the empress of Racnoss from the dr Who collection. Don't think it's too expensive. But I love the idea. And of course old Toybiz Mojo legs.

It's possible that the next X-Men release (Emma Frost) comes with more accessories for Lilandra. If you're using Silver Sable as a base, you really only need her cloak/robes and staff.

If Mystique came with a BAF piece, it would say it on the top corner of the box. Those promo shots don't have that written on her box.

Maybe Hasbro will come around and release all of the characters from the old Toyfare fans’ choice poll. I want Lilandra, Silver Samurai, and Storm.

So after the initial high of the Mystique reveal, I can say that for the most part I really love what we're seeing.

We all knew there would be an obligatory "shifting" head, and Rogue makes absolutely one of the best choices considering their history. It'll be a fun piece to occasionally swap onto the Rogue figure for pics.

IMO, the Lilandra head was from left-field, but I really appreciate it as the character is one that I don't necessarily see being a strong enough sale for retail. For this instance, I can make do with a kit bashed Lilandra from the repurposed Silver Sable body sans pouches.

As others have mentioned, I kinda wish they would have thrown-out that unnecessarily large blaster and just included another character head-sculpt. Definitely a missed opportunity to include a dedicated sculpt for Destiny, though that one would take a little more imagination to cobble a decent kit bashed body.

^ IMO it is weird Rogue's blue face is perfectly half her face like that though... she looks more like Braveheart than Mystique Rogue IMO... they should have just gone with all blue face. Also I too would have preferred another alt blue head instead of that big gold gun with the drum clip.

Releasing all of those on newer bodies would be a dream. Northstar and Aurora need to get made, Northstar at the very least.

Well we’re getting a Lalandra head with mistique, and that seems random as hell unless she’s somewhere in the works. And we have gladiator. Plus with Sasquatch, and puck already made, and guardian on the way aurora and North Star seem like a no brainer. Classic magneto I think, has been announced and we have Jim lee versions of storm and gambit next year. I’d suspect we get the old toyfare versions in box sets at some point I wish they’d do the matching yellow and blue JL era team, but use different bucks. Then we could get a short hair storm too.

I think it's possible that we might get a short haired Storm head if the Jim Lee version is the white outfit. The look she had just before the Blue/Gold era would be close enough to that to work.

I just hope we get a new head sculpt for future storms. The smirking face on punk storm works with that particular costume, but it's not so great for the character in general

If they are sticking with X Men females as Walgreens exclusives I would like to see a 3 in 1 90’s team uniform (Strike Force) with short haired Storm, Psylocke with a ponytail and Jubilee heads included. Jubilee would be out of scale but it wouldn’t really bother me that much, I’ve said it numberous times but the Black Queen would also work well as an army builder with multiple heads as well.

Give us madylne pryor goblin queen and saturnyne.

How are people planning on making Lilandra’s costume out of the Silver Sable body?

I've seen the other possibility that one of the X-Men related waves next year (we're getting the Caliban wave but also that Wendigo wave and an unrevealed X-Force wave) could come with an unhelmeted Lilandra with her classic pointy hairstyle.

A little paint in the proper places and a blue cape and steal one of spongebobs....i mean aquamans tridents and bazinga!

I like that possibility. A lot.
