yeah the exiled storyline was a bust, I have no care to track down the Journey books, but next issue is back to normal.

she's gonna have an assortment of guns—which will be the same ones Madame Masque came with. Now if you buy her, and have Sharon Carter and swap heads you can have Danielle Moonstar of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Amara/Magma.

I dont know why they are giving us Mystique when they could have done the easiest variant and given us another New Mutant like Magik. They could have given Dani the Asguardian Armor and Magik her Eldritch armor. All they have to do is give us different heads and weapons.

Well, Illiana is not as tall or busty as Dani, so i'm glad they did not do a DCU cheapout and use the same body for a character with a different style of build.

They could have done other characters though- if the yellow is just painted on, anyone from Mockingbird to Maria Hill to Moonstone is possible.

No need to make it all about the Fig Newtons....er...New Mutants.

Classic Moonstone or Ms.Marvel- or Carol in her new costume- would be great.
The crossover with (my favorite title) Journey Into Mystery was excellent- and it commits Dani's role as Hela's Valkerie.
Asgardian death magic sure beats her crappy old powers!

I just wish Marvel would stop regressing his character's development- Warlock got a great revamp into maturity in Nova and Annihilation: Conquest- he was SO nicely done there- having matured to be a father to his offspring...which took him from a comedy relief kind of cartoon thing into something cool.
Instead it's back to "Warlock does not "get" humanity and the Data-esque misunderstandings keep on coming!".

But that gripe aside, it's still very worth picking up.

Wolfsbane. Give me Wolfsbane.

In her X-Force costume would be awesome!
