And I got some figures from them where the packages were damaged but not the figures and they replaced them anyway. But you need to call HTS, not email them and ask to speak to the corporate office. That's how you get anywhere since those people that email/answer the phone can't authorize anything but the people at the corporate office can.

Yes, for sure! Anytime I emailed Hasbro they couldn't do anything. HTS sells the items, they look after damaged ones. But I would call them so you can talk right to the corporate office, who knows where your email would go. And normally you can have it resolved in one call.
