Not sure if they'll happen but the five I'd want the most

Yeah. I was basing my predictions off of Hasbro's release habit and potential sculpt revisions.

This wasn't my wish list. My wish list is entirely different than what I mentioned. Those were just my predictions based on hasbro's habits and patterns.

if i had to do predictions based on past habits of hasbro
i would go spiderman, ironman, wolverine, captain america and hulk

but since capt and iron man was already mentioned, wolvie has his own movie line, spidey was in the last yr set, hulk, capt and iron man will be in the avengers assemble line (which to me i dont understand the extra capt and iron man)

so my five would be

ant-man
windigo/sasquatch like abomination/abomb
black knight
ares
fantomax


next five would be

wasp
kingpin
dazzler
old school beast
red hood

My 5 predictions are based on those released as Legends but not yet 3.75" scale, whilst not requiring a new sculpt and not being obscure.

I am inherently biased to the figures I want because I don't think there's anything I want which is all that obscure (apart a Venom symbiote T-Rex).

I realised that the only characters I was left with were X-men related so I'm going to go with that.

5.Wolverine (because he's got a film coming out and Hasbro seem rather fond of him)

Tigra - I just feel like base on what we know is coming she's the most prominent character from comics in the last 7 years they haven't made.

Wasp - you'd think they do something with that x-23 mold

Ares - based on the excutioner mold we have seen.

Venom (Flash Thompson) - Because they are due to give us something spider-man related. Why not?

Swordsman - Red Guardian head will be used on him. I based this on him being one of the few earlier Avengers not made.

Blah that's too many heroes. We usally get one villian.

i really dont understand hasbro's reluctance to include symbiotes i figure it would make them bookoo money

Hmm, 3 out of 5 aint bad. Now, I just need Black Cat and Phoenix!

Well I got Black Knight and Wasp from my guesses.

To update I guess the question is if the rest of the year is going to be Avenger's focused or if the MI line is going to be everything at this point.

If it's open to any figures I'm going to throw out:

Just a guess though. Do we really have that many more male Avengers to get made? Justice, Swordsman and Quasar (who I'd want more than Starbrand but this is a new version and in current Avengers books).

To name a few. I can't see many of these being made though. Like you I think Justice, Swordsman and Quasar are must haves. And I have a soft spot for Stingray - I think he would look awesome as an action figure.

Wow great list JadeScar. You're right there's a lot more still left than I thought but most of these I would probably not get. Justice Quasar Swordsman are actually on my want list at varying places and while not on my want list I'm sure I'd get Living Lightening, Shang Chi and Stingray if released. I'd consider Nightmask and Starbrand.

Sunspot and Cannonball I'd definitely get I just keep forgetting they are now Avengers characters. Cannonball is hovering right outside of my top 10 most wanted figures period (along with new mutant alumni Magik and Moonstar).

But as we agree I don't see most of these being made period. I really want a Justice figure to round out the original Kurt Busiek line up but I think with current marvel lineups Shang Chi, Nightmask and Starbrand, Protector (bleh), Cannonball and Sunspot are most likely.

One could not pay me to get a Dr. Druid or Gilgamesh though. lol

Females there's quite a few more I'd get but I don't really see any of them ever being made except Tigra and Spectrum, maybe Crystal and Sersi at outside chance.

But definitely none of these for next five :(

Angel, Storm and Jubilee would be new looks while Jean, Cyclops and Wolverine would be rereleases with slightly different paintjobs. Maybe give them all metallic paints to differentiate them. I would buy it in a second.

Love the list. However I swear I think Hasbro has an unspoken dictate to never release Rogue as a single pack or Polaris at all. Though I could well be just projecting my frustration at lack of love for these two.

Also an early 90's white costume Storm would be awesome.

beast will never happen....bite the bullet and buy the SHS one.

Over on another forum there is a poster who has revealed spoilers for the next 2 waves this year. The information came from a store and UPC numbers were provided. I won't spoil the fun here but most of the reveals are X-men & Spidey related. Oh, and variants are back.

As much as I'd LOVE this, I'd be skeptical still. There's tons of rumors posted in past lines/waves that some figures have worked out and some have not. SDCC is in about two weeks I'm really thinking we'll see what's to come then. That's not to say the person's not legit it's just take it with a grain of salt.

As far as the SDCC reveal goes, I think this will be a critical year to determine if the MI line is going to be viable past 2015 or not. Certainly for me or not, if I'm going to be be continuing to collect or not.

I think 3.75 Marvel will be around for a long time. They might call it something else, package them with big stupid toy guns or only make Iron Man for a while but as long as Hasbro has the license they will make them. The compatibility with GI Joe and the price point are major sellers. With that said, they are not off to a great start rereleasing GOTG in wave 4. Those sets are STILL shelfwarming all these years later. It's like they're sabotaging themselves.
