Maybe it is. Does have shoulder pads though.

Definitely a new head sculpt, the current Marvel Universe head sculpt has smaller "ears", same with the XMO Wolverine figures.

Hey, I get it. I've been a Marvel fan since the 80s and this is the best time for Marvel toys. Period. Even the Iron Man lines are better than anything out there prior to the release of the MU and Legends line. But a quick scan of any Target, Walmart, Toys R Us, etc. will show you that Iron Man figures are way over produced even for the 4-10 year old new Iron Man fan. The Marvel Universe is huge, let's see some "out of the box" ideas to attract the lifelong Marvel fan. the 2 pack is a good start, but dive into the Marvel Universe a bit Hasbro.

I wish I had a Pinoy friend who can hook me up with an Archangel. I would by doing the "otsu-otsu" all day long. :o

You know you're gonna need to hire some bodyguards with M-16's!

That Wolverine looks awesome...otherwise most of these repaints seem unnecessary and someone BREAK that Daredevil mold! Please.

trebleshot 06-02-2010 06:30 AM

I might get the Wolverine/Hand set and maybe the IM/Punisher. I might have gone for the SM/GG set if it weren't for the reuse of the 1st Spidey mold.

Maybe I'll get them as an impulse buy if they're on clearance at some point.

Just get rid of that frikken mold already Hasbro, sheesh.

Hasbro said it was retired in a recent Q&A. Considering the 1-2 year turnaround for the toy making process, that Black Panther was already in the works when Hasbro made that statement.

In other words, eventually you'll stop seeing it used.

Just spotted the whole wave at a Target! :D
