I've heard it's a pre-facelift new 52 Joker and is a part of their regular new 52 line of figures.

Edit: This is probably really unlikely, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask those that are more familiar with DCD/DCC than I am anyways. What are the chances of them making a figure in the BTAS/TNBA line based on a character that's in one episode and isn't considered canon to the show itself?

I think they announced a Roxy Rocket figure for wave 4 or 5, ant that's a minor character, so I guess anything is possible.
There's also a Creeper for wave 3, not a character I would have expected that soon in the line...

Good points. I'm not sure about Roxy (* can't even remember her), but the Creeper makes sense to me.

For anyone curious, the character I'm wondering if they would consider doing, is the Carrie Kelley Robin. Who knows, maybe with the recent increased interest in TDKR, her appearance in the new 52, and the possibility of her being the next Robin, myabe they'll want to capitolize on that and make more figures of her. I would at least love to see a new 52 version of her.
